Tournament Rules for Fundraiser?

Hey gang, about to set up a "Game Night" fundraiser to benefit Autism Speaks and wanted to have an Angry Birds tournament as part of the festivities. Any ideas on rules for the tournament? I was thinking of having either "timed" rounds where the top scores at the end of that time move on. Any of you done something similar? Would welcome any suggestions! Cheers!
