This video shows you one way to achieve 100% Total Destruction on Angry Birds Surf and Turf level 11. If you have an alternate strategy please feel free to leave a detailed comment below.
Send the first Blue bird through the left side of the structure. Fire the White bird downward, bombing the thin ice blocks and ricocheting the bird into the top of the tower. Use the Yellow and White birds to clean up the left side, then place the Sardine Can next to the TNT block.
Blue birds low to destroy as much of lower left as possible. 1st WB low to bomb same location. This will hit main structure, collapsing most of it and killing all pigs.
SC high arc to land on lowest stone shelf. Never could figure out how to use more than 2 birds, but you don’t need to.
1. Blue Birds into the left side glass structure
2. White Bird drops egg on blue bucket on left side.
3. Yellow Bird through bottom wood block to the right of the beach ball
4. Sardine Can arc over tnt and lands in the sand to the right of the tnt.
or
1. Blue Birds into the left side glass structure
2. White Bird drops eggs on blue bucket on left side and the center column remains.
3. Sardine Can high arc to the stones at the top of the column, the can drops to the base.
