New Event – Smokescreen

Haha the mortar towers are the worst. Just one more day of this disaster event. I leveled up Beachcomber 3 levels and it still misses the same stationary target 4 shots in a row at 4 different angles. smh lol

I also learned a new strategy of upgrading featured transformers that in the active game (everybody else probably already knows this haha), while still having it available. It only takes an extra incremental 1,000 red coins to upgrade to higher tiers. (like, takes 4,000 to level up from 12 to 13 and 5,000 to level from 13 to 14). So if you have enough red coins, just start upgrading a transformer regularly (which will take the usual coins and crystals), and use gems to speed it up (which only takes about 115 or so).

You can save all those crystals from using only the red coins for the last upgrade since that highest level requires vastly more resources. If you’re storage is stacked, you can level up a transformer 3 times in a week while still having it available for the entire event (and it’ll be stronger too). The weekly events are the only time you can use this strategy. Unless I’m missing something.
