I am trying to figure out how to get the achievements. Do i have to register somehow on my phone or?????
Achievements are only for iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch). If you have one of these devices and would like more information, please write back.

I think Android will have achievements at some point, bu it’s not a guarantee.
I have an iPhone 4 and at one point I could see the achievements but now I cannot open the achievements in any of my Angry Bird games. Do you know why?
Try restarting your iPhone and logging into GameCenter directly.
They should add new acheivements now that Birdday Party is out. Something for all 3 stars,breaking a certain amount of birthday stuff, and unlocking the orange bird. Maybe a new golden egg, for all three stars, too.
In regards to new achievements, there is a limited amount of space within Gamecentre for points (1000 max i believe) and ABo is at 900 points, meaning it is running out of space, so three stars, total destruction, etc would not leave enough points for achievements on further updates.
About the golden egg (or rather lack of) the best explanation that I’ve heard is just because it is so short that Rovio decided it wasn’t really appropriate. Personally I’m a little bit disappointed, as it breaks with a tradition that they could have upheld. Oh well, i’m sure there will be plenty more to come from Rovio in the near future!
Will angry birds end after they reach 1000 points?
No, they’d still continue to make updates if it ever reached 1000 points. I guess Rovio would have the option to make their own achievement system if GC doesn’t pull through.
In this way, they could potentially bring achievements to all platforms as well.

If it’s true, then it is unfair that Smash Maniac on XBOX360 is only 250,000 blocks instead of 500,000.
I don’t believe XBox has the app; but I believe that list applies to Windows Phone. Also, WP is very far behind and (if I remember correctly) Rovio questioned if it would ever receive updates.
so….I have PC and have unlocked last achievement of birthday cake BUT with PC you arent supposed to get achievements? this is true as I cant get most of the others…

There are no achevments in PC. Actuly there are only achevments in iOS devices.

My guess would be that a good hypothetical Score Addict would be somewhere around 1,500,000 – 1,550,000.

The mighty eagle is $0.99 on ios devices only.
Mighty Eagle is also on AB Chrome, but without achievements.

will rovio ever release some statement about the issues with smash maniac? whether they plan for instance to make a counter, or even just go to say whether it is bugged or not?
It is confirmed that it isn’t bugged, however .lua files may be getting corrupted, causing the counter to reset.
I’m sorry if this is a dumb question, but I can’t figure out what the bottom score of each level means: Like, in “Wreck the Halls,” it says ‘Score’ and next to that x/75 stars, and then beneath that is 0/25. I don’t understand what the 0/25 is about!

The two are separate concepts. Achievements will likely be along with the Sync System, I would guess.
Hi all,
This is covering old ground but is there any word on a fix or procedure for getting the Smash Maniac Achievement. I have played for hours and hours and completed the whole rest of the game with all achievements except this one and it is kind of sad I can’t get it :(
A lot of us, including myself, can’t seem to get it either! But I’ve heard of a few who earned the achievement by playing GE#14 again and again. (Blocks destroyed in golden egg levels are still counted in both smash achievements)
One more thing,

Sorry about not mentioning that in the earlier post.
You will get it for 500,000 blocks, not for 400,000 blocks. So keep smashing. Playing for hours does not guarantee to get the achievement at a particular time. In most levels, the avarage of smashed blocks is 10 – 15.
Kartflyer is correct. The achievement is not bugged.
i uploaded Paper Toss 2 today. in their Game Center, the icon center of any uncompleted achievement doesn’t have the meaningless question mark, but actually calculates percentage completed. seems like Smash Maniac could follow this example.

I played ge14 and ge19?? Over and over again. Got bored so I went back and re-3 starred all games in big setup. Still no achievement.
Decided to make sure I was above average on this site for all games in big set up only 2 games below average.
On the train just about to go into tunnel and loose wifi and guess what the achievement pops up for smash maniac. Only not to appear in game centre. Though just checked game centre again and now I have 60 of 60.
Yippee
Now to get the last two above average scores and then it’s off to Facebook to play the new Beach game AB Exclusive to FB.

Am I wrong or GE22 has more blocks to destroy than any other level?
Yes, GE22 has more blocks than GE14. But the gameplay for GE22 is probably 3-4 times as long (and there’s definitely not 3-4 times as many blocks).
The reason why GE14 is “the best” choice for Smash Maniac is because you only need to fire 1 thoughtless shot straight-ahead and are basically guaranteed 50+ blocks. Sure, you can get 100 blocks or so in GE22, but it requires several aimed shots to do so.
GE 14, 15, 16, and 26 are good levels to get the achievement.
I have all achievement in all 3 AB on my iPhone 4 except for smash maniac.
Sent a message to rovio and they said basically form reply contact game centre.
Does anybody have an email for game centre. I tried google and it took me to apple hardware support.

Sorry to hear that george. There’s nothing bugged with the achievement in Game Center, except it’s one of the hardest to earn. A few people reported that they got the achievement by repeatedly playing Golden Egg # 14, I suggest trying that.
Is ge14 the one to use only 3 blocks in ge14

This a quote from Fujitoast:
1. It’s now OFFICIALLY confirmed that blocks in golden egg levels DO count towards smash maniac.
2. Blocks are counted imediately and the level does NOT have to finish first
3. Blocks smashed AFTER the release of the Mighty Eagle sardine can do not count but those before do.
4. Only regular block-type objects count as blocks (all sizes and shapes of wood, rock, ice/glass). Other things, for example pigs, balloons, rubber ducks, TNT crates, etc. don’t.

Yep.
They need to be destroyed. If they fly off-screen and don’t break, they don’t count.
On the angry birds fan achievments, does that mean overall or at once?
And why isn’t there an achievment for all levels unlocked and/or 3 starred and feathered?

IPHone Seasons Leaderboard lists Halloween World 1, Halloween World 2 & World 3. What is this? I have Ham-0-ween in 2012 & Trick or Treat in 2011—no Halloween World
trick or treat 2011 is halloween “themed” with 3 worlds
“Halloween World” is Trick or Treat.
just puzzled as I have a 9,795 ranking out of 7,312,062 players total score on Seasons
the rank on Ham-o-ween 8,738
but on Halloween World If that is Trick or Treat – the scores don’t seem to match.
Trick or Treat my score is 4,015,070 which is three stars on all three screens….it seems ranking for total Halloween World of 55,429 is high. I wanted to make sure that working on increasing score in Trick or Treat was the correct path for improving the Halloween World Score
Um what will happen when the achievments come to Android? I have completed most of them (as far as Android without achievments) like Herr Helmet. Will the achievments start popping up like crazy or will they build in to the achievments?
Also, shouldn’t there be (since Birdday Party will not continue) an achievment for World 17 finished, Episode 18 total destruction, and a score addict?
Probably just pop up like crazy.

I finally got SM after many many hours. It took a couple of cross country flights of mind-less playing of GE-14. Plus many hours of sitting in front of the tv, and yet more mind-less playing. I would say it took about 30 of GE-14, including the fact I had completed all levels through Mine and Dine. It can be done, but is really boring.
Before you started to play GE 14, did you 3 star all the levels? Did you also have total destruction everywhere?
And when did you receive Block Smasher?

Not sure what you mean. Is this Crystal? If so, just give it some time to refresh probably. If it’s GameCenter you are referring to, I’m not sure what 99% and 10% you are referring to.
Sorry for confusion. Yes in Crystal. I have successfully lost my achievement status…and it’s been quite some time. Not long ago my achievment status was at 99%. Now, however, my achievement status shows as 10%.Would adding another device like an ipad interfere with the achievement level previously reached?

The sneak peak of the new mac os x Mountain Lion features Game Center.
Hopefully Rovio will update AB series so that Mac users can take advantage of this new extra.
I think it depends on a few things.
1) How similar is the coding? If it’s so similar, it could be very simple.
2) How close is Rovio to solving their limitation issues?
The first thing that came in my mind after looking Game Center in Mountain Lion was Angry Birds. I’m sure they will bring achievements and leaderboards to Mac but I wish they introduce much awaited sync feature before Mountain Lion’s retail release in late summer. It’s been delayed for over a year now.
Multiplayer Angry Birds (Mac v Mac, at least) will be awesome too. *fingers crossed*

In Game Center it is labelled “King of Caves”, but in Crystal it is “King of the Caves”.

No. I believe there was only one to begin with, and now it seems that Crystal is no longer supported.

Yeah, it says :” Achievement Unlocked: Wood Pecker” or something like that.
But can you log in to Crystal?

I too am getting Internet Unavailable error while logging in to Crystal from Angry Birds Lite but I don’t think Crystal support for Angry Birds is dropped.
I can still access my Crystal profile from Original Angry Birds app (also from other popular Crystal supported games like Cut the Rope, Cut the Rope Lite and Cut the Rope: Holiday Gift) and it has all my Crystal games including Angry Birds Lite with all 5 achievements. Angry Birds Original has all 60 achievements (up to Cakemonger).
Anyway, Angry Birds Lite has following 5 Achievements (Crystal ONLY):
1. Woodpecker Lite
Smash 100 Wooden Blocks
2. Icepicker Lite
Smash 100 Ice Blocks
3. Smash Maniac Lite
Smash 500 blocks
4. Ready For More
Clear all the levels
5. Total Destruction Lite

There are 5 achievements in Angry Birds Lite. Register with Crystal on the full version of AB and the achievements will show up in “My Games”.
Why does it say I didn’t complete world 15 I collected all stars and all feathers I’m I missing something?
Try restarting your device, or signing out/in of GameCenter manually.
Cakemonger is a Hidden/Secret Achievement.
