  There are 8 people in the Netherlands, and 14 in the United Kingdom; there are 10 in England. So in number / country, the United Kingdom and England are ahead. Don’t know about per population, or per land area.

    Well, the Netherlands definitely wins by population and by land are.
    Populations are
    16.8M Netherlands
    56.1M England
    63.2M UK
    All it takes is a look at the map to tell that Netherlands wins per land area.
