It seems like forever since the last Angry Birds Seasons update. The last update was Cherry Blossoms, which landed back in early March. Fortunately, the wait shall soon be over! What’s next? Well, based on Game Center it looks like the new Angry Birds Seasons update will be called, Piglantis!
Just like the lost city, little is known about this update. We don’t know when this update will land. We don’t know how many levels it will contain. We can speculate that the theme is going to be something similar to Surf & Turf, since i doubt it will actually take place under water (not to say it wouldn’t be cool, but it seems like a drastic change.) But we do know one thing: It’s gonna be awesome!!! So keep your eyes peeled both on your AppStore and here at AngryBirdsNest. We will likely be the first to report when the episode is released.

If Angry Birds go underwater for this season(piglantis) it might be a trial for a new game.Remember the level in original angry birds which gave us an idea what angry birds Space might be like.Similarly it maybe a trial for a new backdrop etc.
Also till now angry birds have been on land most of the time and recently entered into space i think water should be the new destination
I think the moon levels on ABSeasons are very different from the levels in ABSpace.
Do you have any idea why that particular weird level is on Number 17? Anything to do with special date or something?

i have a doubt regarding avatars
on angry birds friends i made a custom avatar which required money of about 3.90 $
i wanted to use that avatar on ABN so i printscreened it on my pc and created that avatar.now i have a doubt whether i can use it or not since i didnt paid the money for that avatar

We don’t know. One guess is that Atlantis will be the backdrop to a general summer theme.

From the game logo, the theme of this update might be a combination of the Original Surf and Turf’s and the Seasons Summer Picnic’s elements plus a pinch of the culture of the Atlantis the Lost World, which the name somehow related with Piglantis…
I think a football themed episode of seasons would have been cool seeing as the European championships start on friday. Birds would be the colour of your team, in my case green white and gold, and the pigs would be the colour of the opposing teams. Footballs and flags everywhere ha!
Not theme park. Hopefully some cool underwater cities with alien connection.

No, not a week. First of all “today” is not over yet. At least in Europe and America. And secondly, it can come out tomorrow.
You’re right, anything can happen, but it seems that, at least here in the USA, on IOS, AB games get updated and are waiting to download first thing on Thursdays. I hope you’re right and it comes before a week goes by.
If we operate on the guess that this will be Advent-style, then the update will land right around 8am UTC.

I hope along with the new episode they also update the layout of the game, much like how the original angry birds got updated with the surf and turf update. It is in dire need of it in my opinion. All the other angry birds games have a different look and feel than seasons and I believe it’s time for a much needed update. Hopefully it’ll include a fix for the Facebook bug as well so I can like the levels and actually play them.
I, actually, would prefer for them to keep the menus as they are, though it really doesn’t matter much to me. What I really hope they don’t change is the teal-yellow color scheme. I hope they keep it in one of the games. But if they change it, I guess there’s always AB Lite that still has the original graphics.
When is this update coming to South east Asia?
Likely at the same time as the rest of the world, which is not yet known.
