It’s like Pirates of the Caribbean, only Pigger.
To coincide with the launch of Plunder Pirates this week and Talk Like a Pirate Day, Rovio Community has issued a directive that Piggy Island’s shipbuilding industry is to provide support to the privateers of Pork Royale.
As Porcine Politicians debate over who is to blame for such an absurd association that is sure to doom our great bacon nation’s good international standing (yeah right), a variety of indigenous commerce raiding vessels have just appeared out of nowhere hours ago on the popular social media site Facepork.
In the meantime, we have received reports that the King Pig’s Imperial Yacht has just sent out a distress call in the Caribbean. While military forces struggle to mount a trans-Piglantic rescue operation, local news sources have furnished dramatic footage of two pirate sloops boarding the unarmed Imperial vessel in succession.
Aside from the abovementioned tragic disappearance of the King Pig, the Imperial Navy would appreciate the Bad Piggies Community’s continued efforts to document and post photographs and videos of suspected pirate vessels to aid the efforts of Combined Task Force 150 currently performing maritime security operations in the Indian Ocean. In other words, let your creativity roam free and post whatever makes you go ARRRRRR!!!!!
