Bad Piggies When Pigs Fly Level 3-23 is three starred in two steps. Build your contraption using all the parts. Then navigate your vehicle slowly towards the finish line, over the hill, through the star box. In the second step, you must beat the clock. To do so, navigate your vehicle to the finish line as fast as possible by gradually dropping the sand bags and popping the balloons.

More explanation please. No balloons popped? No sandbags dropped?
I believe mvnla’s strategy is “follow the video but start the fan immediately”. Obviously you must pop at lest one balloon. It’s impossible to do otherwise.
Use the second two box all the balloons and sand. Fan on right away pop a balloon right before it touches. Anticipate dropping a sand bag to get the star without getting hung up on the rocks and you too an get three stars in one trip.
All three stars could be obtained using second contraption. In order not to pop ballon on the rock tap the fan itself not its icon (to get precious part of second)
Both etap with first ship and 3 stars! Fan from the start, next – when needed, etc.
Yeah, I agree it seems as though the second contraption will easily get 3 stars in 1 go!
