@bluebear @vuks @nastyteddy @supersicGlad to see Rovio is starting to take this seriously. I knew it impacted everyone but they brushed it away as thought it was no big deal. I tried to warn folks with my post but I didn’t tag everyone. Sorry if you’ve upgraded to v1.11.1 like I did
Have any of you tried jumping back a version or two to v1.10 (Halloween) or v1.8.7 (pre-Halloween) and play? I’m nervous to try and go back as I don’t know what will happen as I don’t trust the Rovio account information will restore correctly.
BlueBearCZ@bluebear@abgofast I downgraded to 1.10 and can play local races without mortal freezes of version 1.11, but lost again Spooky kart, lost Turkey kart, and lost a lot of money spent for upgrading that two karts.

@bluebear If your nickname displayed as BluebearTMP it seems that developers have started to do something. TMP is popular IT term which means Temporary. What I plan to do is enjoy the new update called Ski or Squeal from AB Seasons now that I finished the 20 levels added to AB 2.
I am done racing until the Rovio Go! developer team make some progress on resolving this major programming error.

I helped him the last days of his life and now he is no longer with me. It´s a very hard moment for me and my family and I have no desire to play or study. I’ll miss you dear grandfather.

I knew my grandma would be really proud, but that’s life. You eventually have to move on, there is no other option, so try and be as strong as you can in this moment.

The good news is that the cloud save files are still intact, so your progress is safe with us. Unfortunately I can’t give you an exact timetable for how long it’s going to take to find a solution to this problem, but would it suit you that we contact you once the issue has been fixed?

My name on my driver’s license is my original name Celicarhonda. I can go look at my team and all ten players scores are frozen in time around 11/27 or that is what I see. My eggs on my drivers license are zero (and should be 31,434)but the flip side of my drivers license has all my progress. I have all my gems and progress in single player but trying to watch videos for power ups is hit or miss. I am just playing single player for fun until it is fixed. I did write a comment about the multi-team problem at YouTube under the video for their contest to win a trip to the Bahamas to visit the island with the swimming pigs. Someone at Rovio commented saying it would be fixed by Christmas. That is a big time margin! Will someone contact me to be a friend on the game so I don’t have to use gems for the Beat a friends score? Thanks!

Happy Belated New Year Team
I hope each of you had enjoyable holiday season with your family and friends. I have no real positive news to share with you all so I’ll be pretty brief.
If any of you are active on single or multiplayer, I’d ask you to tell me if you can see my single player points in your listing of “Best players” or if you can see my “egg counts” on multiplayer.
Why? I am completely reset now to beginning. I have no points, no eggs, no karts, no progress. The Christmas update again with Christmas Kart 2 that came out has wiped out all my progress, all my license info, all karts and everything is gone…all 10 million plus bird coins and 3 thousand plus gems.
Salla at Rovio has tried 2 times to restore my progress from the cloud backups and nothing is coming through. I now get the answer that I dreaded to read … She says the same issue on her attempts to restore my progress is causing her problems and is also why she can’t get my (and others impacted) team multiplayer results to show. Once she and development team figure out the cause of this, they will restore my account … please wait and have patience.
So….I’m starting 2016 like I started 2015 … completely unable to play this game .. guess for two years I’ve been on Rovio naughty list or something like that!
At this point, I’ve given up on Rovio games. I won’t mention on this fan site the competitive games I’ve taken interest in but I’m off exploring other more stable games. My posts going forward will be few and far between. Next post will be if and when they fix my account … I may return … I hope this isn’t a long farewell … I do want to stay in touch with all of you so reach out via private message or other means we’ve shared like email or facebook

[STEVE]P@stevep@abgofast Captain, I have the same problem, and have had it for a good while. I haven’t (and will never again) had any contact with Rovio. I’m sure I would lose my cool and tell them what a bunch of…never mind. As you and our teammates know, I have only been able to race for a few days on and off since the September update. Every update got worse, if that’s even possible. I have since deleted the game from my devices, so I guess I’m done. I told myself I would wait until the new year to post this, but I was holding out in hopes of an update…we see how that has gone.
I will never leave the team to join another, if the game ever gets fixed. You can keep my score on the team for as long as you like, or remove me at any time to make room for new members. It’s a shame to lose the hours and hours of time that we have put into this game, but I will no longer deal with Rovio’s incompetence and lack of concern to what we have put into this game.
To my present and former teammates, it was a blast!
To the Captain @abgofast, it was an honor and a privilege to be able to race on your team. I thank you for accepting me on the #1 team in the world, period.

Like you I have lost all my progress but can see all my team members and my eggs frozen in time at the end of November if I try to join my team but I can’t play because I have zero eggs and my old user name. Also my team is full but I am showing as being on itI can see your name on your team if I try to join it and you have 202020 eggs and your team is full too. I can’t figure out why they can’t fix this problem!!!!

janmej@janmej@abgofast What a mess! No, I can’t see either or. I’m still on zero progress in multiplayer, but it’s all intact in single player. I so hope that one day Rovio magically fixes it all and we can race again. I will be doing the daily challenge and still check back on the forum here. Let’s not make it a goodbye, we’ll stay in touch, but thanks for the best team ever (for now). Goes for you too @stevep
Phoenix@phoenix6@abgofast yes some part of you is still on the team in some way, shape, or form and you still have all your eggs. Sorry to hear you, and many others, have been affected by such disastrous updates.
@abgofast @stevep @janmej I still haven’t updated to either the Thanksgiving or Christmas update and can still play for the most part (there have been many days where I couldn’t get past the main screen before crashing). Even when I have been able to get past the main screen and play team multiplayer it’s just not that much fun anymore knowing everyone is sidelined and with the even more flagrant use of SPs and PUs it’s practically impossible to win anymore. So needless to say I haven’t been playing much.You may be pleased to know that ABGOFORIT is listed as the #1 team right now but I don’t know if it is actually accurate considering the scoreboard screw ups with +1,000,000 eggs. Also, it seems like there are many many others who must have also lost their identities or just got fed up with all the bad updates or are like me and just disinterested because our teammates are no longer able to play because there is hardly any movement in any of the other team’s or individual’s scores so there must not be much racing going on anymore. It’s a shame that I feel Rovio isn’t going to put any effort or resources into the game and is just going to let the once great game die a long and slow death.

I really hoped that the developers will solve the problems with the new update, but unfortunately it was mission impossible for them.
As the result our team has lost 2 players Nikos and today also BlueBear, both were removed by Rovio due to inactivity for 2 months.
To avoid removal of Bella’s profile and to get access to original profile we downgraded to 1.8.7 (for Android).
I wonder why in 1.8.7 version it is possible to connect to original profile but on newer versions it can’t be done?Νίκος@ if you find this forum please give some message! Our team mates really miss you!
