Hello :@dh Kim : the 2 karts you refer to me : I do have only one. The super roaster that’s true it help : I completed Rocky Road but I avoid some challenges; and instead those I avoided I did others one to complete. I’ll come back later when I have more experience, more karts and more coins.
But I am stuck on Air : I can’t drift 15 times during the race and also on fruits I still can’t not pass the 2/5: on numbers this one episode I am 39/54. Air it’s so hard to mastering I feel Frustated myself and I have a lot pressure on this levels: before this situation I feel very secure and strong ; to got some strength I need your support you are ahead on me. I just want some advices. Here the karts I am playing on this episode: high flyerl6 ; tub thumper l4 ; tub copper l6 and green baron l4: the first one it’s 990cc the secon and tird are 1000cc and green baron its 660cc: the hardest one it’s fruits I always miss 3 5 or more of them. Feel like the karts are to fast but even with the slower one always miss fruits . Please help me.

Hello @dh Kim ; is me again I already pass 2/5 fruits on Episode Air track 2 I already open for challenges on that track beat the clock fuse. Splat the fruits and got the 3 versus. But know I am stuck on regular races 4/5 I can got 25 drifts on a race. 15 it’s okay but 25 looks very impossible . What it’s your recommendation . We’ll know I am on Air 43/54, on track 3 I am on 5 so I needed to got 5/5 to start challenges and go ahead on all others over track 3 working on track 2 over fuse I got a very good number I did 138k’s you thing so it’s really High or it’s normal; idid take a pic , so you can see on my album that happens and my progress . I got 2 days working on Air and I feel myself I am not eve on midway ; maybe later today or tomorrow I’ll start track 3 to go more faster and I hope I’ll finish.

@dh-kim for the ‘drift 25 times’ it’s really easy. tap the left and right buttons very rapidly while driving straight, each time the wheels change direction and slip slightly, it is assumed to be a ‘drift’ by the game engine.

Unlike any proper (street) racing sim it does not bother about drift angle, duration or amount of opposite lock. So long as the wheels slip it is considered “drifting” in ABGO.

so i’m doing a challenge race and challenge 2 says i need to “use 3 boost pads in a race”…what does that mean exactly? use my boosters 3 times? i only have red and stella, and i can only boost once :/

EDIT: on wait nevermind. hahaha! I googled and found on a Mario Kart wiki what it means. sorry!!!

anyway, i LOVE this game. it’s so fun!

Hello : @dh-kim . I need help and tips for finished Stunt Episode: my progress it’s 44/54 ….!!!! I need only 10 points to reach 54/54 . Mi biggest problem it’s Splat Fruits : on track 2 I finished ; but track1 and track3 are quite harder than I expected on booths I am 1/5 zero advances : I was very close to finished a couple times on booth tracks but always there are 2 or 3 fruits left . I thing it’s karts matter and characters matters too : I am using these karts wall magnet , mega rocket an shoenerang ; the first and second are too fast and the third one it’s ineffective : I also got 25 challenges done I did win a lot versus and on fuse beat the clock I have some done but I still stuck on win the race without the kart an win with 3 stars the race: I did upgrade many karts , even it’s very expensive but I still 44/54. What’s wrong or with me or with this game : there are glitch or bugs or what!!! I can’t pass . Did you pass are you 54/54. I can’t drift and I can’t control the driving over my karts and characters. Do you have any clue or advice to help me…!!!!

@nacho18 — I am at 54/54 of course. Fruit splat wasn’t that hard; you have Hal, right? His tornado can splat through a huge number of fruits when used properly. Also, doing away with opponents with Bomb/Matilda works too.

For Track 3’s 1st one, missing the fruits in the “Water” zone will lead to into 99% failure. Never miss that, Stella/Bubbles will help there.

One of the Time Boom Challenges on Seedway Track 2 is to “Avoid 10 Stone Obstacles In A Row,” but as far as I can tell there are only a total of 8 stone obstacles on the track, making the challenge impossible to pass. Am I missing something?

I think perhaps you are missing the side track to the right a bit after the start of the game.

@mvnla2 Unfortunately I’m not seeing anything to help in that guide, and on this particular version of the track there’s no side track. The normal part of the track is blocked off and you can only go on the wooden “boardwalk” section. And when you do that, there’s only 8 stone obstacles. :(

You should send this to Rovio. They can probably tweak the challenge requirement to 8.

I am stuck on one of the Fruit Splat Challenges (006) in the Stunt Chapter – “Splat 10 fruit while boosting in a race.”

I can only ever get 2 fruit while boosting – on the boost pads right before going on the big loop. I don’t see ANY other boost pads with fruit on or near them. Is this challenge possible to beat, or am I missing something?

Any help would be appreciated!

@gabbyyak How about a speed boost with Red or Blues? Does that count?

I tried it with Red’s boost and with the goldfish power up “Boost” but the only time it counted any fruit was when I went over the one boost pad with 2 fruit on it… No where close to 10!

Hello @dh-kim : finally after 24 days : I could says the last 5 days that kill my nerve . I am blessed to tell you I am done I got 54/54 on ” Stunt ” . And in GC my general progress on achievements it’s 48/68 . Thank very much for your support and guidance without that I won’t finish. Your tips were very useful and supportive .
I downloaded 23 screenshots ; the last 4 it’s about stunt . So go to my album and check my pics. I am really happy. I spent a lot energy. Time coins and real money to reach this quest: proud myself. Thank you again for believe on me.

To @all having issues with the Challenges – they appear to not have been playtested extensively enough to ensure that all high level challenges are actually doable or even practical. You can get up to that point where the task becomes highly frustrating or even impossible to perform due to reasons above-posted.

Go past enough high level challenges and you might even realize that you cannot complete tasks without spending real money on things.

Thus, don’t bother with the challenge races and just use them as a means of easy bird coin gathering. There is little to no gameplay value from grinding challenge levels anyway, except for a modest score bonus against anyone in your Facebook friends’ list (which is not even fully developed at this point, anyways).

@mvnla2 – thanks for the notification.

Being in the Far East does make it easier to collaborate on international events/projects though! The timezone is to our advantage (from the business operations / day job perspective). However we are strictly an informal fangroup and not representative of official Rovio products or opinions. I also won’t be on the forums a lot this season to address forum mentions because of travel schedule.

For instance, last week I was on ‘diplomatic assignment’, next week I’ll be headed outstation to send someone to college.

Thus do feel free to setup your own ABGO support group in the meantime. It would be more effective to have a broader representation of ABGO players than just engineer pigs alone :)

Not sure why there aren’t more AB Go players participating.

Hello: @mvnla2.!!! Not sure what you mean : we don’t need an other ” Support group ” . We have two right . Correct on ” Forum ” . But there are two more Topics on main page ABN : the opening ,ABGo gameplay guide; and the ABGo strategy guide Lesson ; first of the future series. Correct; on these last two there are on first gameplay guide many players participating 197 posting ; the new one gas only 9 posting: which means for know not big interest on the game or participation with postings: many players of AB are not playing because it’s expensive and on free game it takes longer for some to achieve all achievements of course on regular play game . To me take me 24 days to finish all 4 episodes; really long doubled than others players. But I don’t see a big numbers of player on this game.
I already count very a few numbers of player that already finished.

@dh-kim. @cris . @burpie.@cosmo2503. @lestoreadors. Maybe you not sure you finished. And me…!!! So anyway I am agree with you we don’t need an other support group . We need more players and more and more participating players.

@nacho18 I hope that the next update comes soon and brings us a great multi-player option! For now I’m done with AB Go.

It took me 12 days to complete it the game for free, and of those only 2 were actually enjoyable. The other 10 days were spent waiting for birds to recharge and grinding for birdcoins.

The challenges? I already took them for just about every track & race type until the challenges required having a Facebook account… which was pretty quickly. I don’t have Facebook.

For good measure I then maxed out my 4 cars and collected 100k birdcoins for the next track.

By maxing out my car in Stunt, I was hoping to rake in birdcoins faster in Vs.-races at the hardest setting on track 3. That would have been a consistent 850 birdcoins per race. Unfortunately, the plan didn’t work because the AI continues to rubber-band you. (Saving up 100k birdcoins at 750 coins per race instead of 850 took 130/135 races, or 2 evenings of mind-numbing repetition while listening to documentaries on TV.)

My obsession with AB Space was mainly fueled by a drive to earn a nice spot on the leader board (the multi-player aspect). That kept me hooked for over a year. With AB Go there is nothing similar. It provides more eye candy but my interest is already gone after just 2 weeks.

I thing you are better player than me on this game I spent 24 longer days the first 4 days were only for recharging boring and frustrated then when I finished Rocky Road I fell strong and secure take me only 1 day then about 3 days on Air by the time I upgrade mistakely a lot karts; then my Nerve was killed on stunt : fuse and splat the fruits make felt horrendously Novice: but very later I found our the rigth karts and characters to achive the goal and finishing the game about 10 days on this: I did 77 challenges and bought 4 karts all them 2.99 a piece ; 4 karts 9.99 a piece; some of them were usefull but some were trash. The big thing was I bought more than $ 150:00 dls on gems and coins. Other wise I couldn’t finished for me I enjoy the game last 5 days . Know I have 325K’s saved on coins for next update . Hopefully ROVIO will fix the glitch on buying coins they charge extra using this +12 or more with green lighted color. I did take it to upgrade some of my karts was wrong I knew but: I felt no choice. So please stay tuned with us . For me you will help me a lot on the near future I will

@nacho18 I thought the last bunch of Fuse races in Stunt were surprisingly easy – by then I had good Strength and maximum Acceleration, so I simply plowed through a lot of obstacles ;-) I did have to replay the last Fruit Splat races several times. My speed was almost maxed out and at that speed you needed to memorize the fruit trails. The Race events were all pretty simple. Not just in Stunt but everywhere; finishing in the top 3 was hardly ever a problem.

I was wondering about those cash-cars. Thanks for your opinion. Do they evolve after you max out their specs, same as the birdcoin cars?

Also, I was tempted to get the coin doubler or purchase gems myself, but Rovio’s blatant greed put me off. The birds are tired and don’t want to play… unless you pay. Really?! They monetized this game in every obnoxious way conceivable (did anyone actually purchase the sound track?) and while I’m sure it’s a financial mega-hit for them, I personally won’t support their change of direction.

I finished all main game tasks during last weekend and game still keeps me interested in. I play once a day and don’t even use all of my characters lives. mostly my gameplay session lasts for an hour or a bit longer but still not long enough for 60 races. I took only 10 challenges on Seedway because they are not worth in bird coins. I took 18 challenges in Rocky Road but that was two weeks ago when getting coins from those races were good enough for saving for coins for Air Flight and Stunt. I also have 12 Air Flight challenges completed and 25 in Stunt. I guess I’ll be taking Stunt challenges until they become impossible to pass. So far I skip only “get less then 5 coins” in races and finish race without kart twice in Air and Stunt.

@burpie you can skip FB challenges, don’t you? I am not sure who are people shown on my friends list in game but I am 100% sure they are not my FB friends as all of my FB friends are people who I know from my real life. They might be my Game Center friends, who knows? You asked about paid karts performances, I can’t compare them to those you buy for bird coins but I can see their advantages from very beginning. Once you upgrade your bird coins paid kart it is 100 equal (if not better) to real money paid kart. I didn’t purchase any karts in game as the matter of fact I find those 49.99 USD karts too expensive, but i did buy all telepods and purchased karts can be replaced by scanning telepods in game.

@nacho18 you paid quite lot for game. I didn’t spend one single cent for any IAPs, al though I find “double coins” good choice. I guess I played a lot, really, really a lot as I earned 450 k in bird coins and spend probably 150 – 200k for upgrades. As I mentioned earlier I had bad luck with glitch that required 3 times more coins then regular. I had a proof in my album.
