Angry Birds on HTC Desire S

Hi there,

I used to play Angry Birds, AB Seasons, AB Rio & AB Space on my HTC Desire S for over 2 years. Last month I broke the screen and a friend of mine had his old HTC Desire S that I could use. So after doing back-ups and re-installing a whole bunch of apps I only could find AB Rio in the Play Store… I installed that, loaded the AB back-up file from my old phone and everything works perfect.

Now when I try to install the other versions of Angry Birds on the new HTC Desire S, I get the message : “Your device isn’t compatible with this version”. On the old phone it works, on the new phone – same make/model/…, I can’t even install it… What do I need to do to be able to install the other AB versions on this newer phone? There are no updates available for my phone. Thanks in advance !

It is possible that support for your device was discontinued in recent updates. I encourage you to contact Rovio directly with specifics and they should be able to tell you about compatibility.
