Trying to recover game and support said to relaunch game and make sure your are connected with Facebook. What does relaunch mean?? exit game and restart it or erase app and install it again.

To recover your game with recovery of your progress, you can perform the next steps only if you have been connected to FB before any problems occurred.
– Delete and reinstall your app.
– During startup login into FB.
