Closed Clan Query/Advice

Our clan would like to change from open clan to closed clan but we are not sure how is the best way to moderate it. Do we need FB page etc.? Can anybody with this experience give me some advice. Thank you.

A leader or co-leader can change it – just hit the “clan info” button.  Then where it says “clan type”, tap the “open” button and it will change to “closed”.  Then save & exit.

When someone is waiting to get in, a red exclamation mark will show.

Be careful. I closed our clan and waited 2 weeks…nobody asked to join. So, I opened the clan and nobody is joining. Our clan used to fill up in an hour or two every time we kicked members, now nothing. My guess is our clan is now buried in a land where only players that know the clan id will ever find it.
