Facebook Friends for Angry Birds 2

Hi :)

– Just started playing Angry Birds & AB2 on Android mobile last week

– Created a gaming-only FB profile at the same time

– For AB2, been wondering why every time I win gifts at the completion of levels that I’ve been unable to follow-up and send those gifts – always displays “0/1” for “Send A Gift!” in the “Daily Quests” section…

– So looks like the issue was due to the 0 FB friends list?

– Would like to change that here by sending friend requests to the members in this thread…hope that’s ok? (please let me know if there’s a customary way to do this here)

– My FB profile is also connected and linked here at AngryBirdsNest…if anyone’s inclined, please connect to my profile so we can all exchange some gems – thanks! :)

Angry Birds 2 is still linked to my Facebook profile, now with newly added contacts…

I played a level, received a blue gift, but afterwards, it’s nowhere to be found, not in the Daily Quests section, nowhere on the main start screen…

Where are these won gifts going?
Can anyone advise?

@bird-man1441841772 — You need to complete the level to claim the gift. It should then appear on the completion screen and ask you who you want to send it to, along with a list of possibilities.

Yes, I am indeed referring to the completion screen where it shows that I’ve been awarded a gift…however this part…

…is not happening.

I’m wondering why that is.

I asked a friend to install AB2 so that I could send him gifts and earn the bonus gems… but he doesn’t play the game. So, if anyone wants free gifts, just send me a PM, that way the gifts aren’t wasted. ;)

Hey all, I’ve decided to give this game another try on my new iPad. Hopefully it will be a little easier this time. My old iPad didn’t meet the minimum requirements for AB 2, so it stuttered and crashed all the time.

Anyway my Facebook name is Andalay Bay. Same name as here, except there’s a space in it. AndalayBay should work as well, if I set the nickname properly. ?

Da Bird sent me a FB friends request. I only accept FB friends requests if I know who the person is on ABN. I used to be able to send a message in response to the friends request, but couldn’t. So Da Bird — if you are on ABN, send me an ABN friends request and let me know who you are.

I just joined the forum after doing an online search which questions regarding AB2… that’s how I found you. :-) I throw away presents all the time and just trying to figure out how to add friends and exactly how all this works! Just made a bogus AB facebook page too. Let me know what other info you need! ;-)

Also, the farming for red gifts is annoying, it takes forever to level up birds otherwise… ??

@rhonda90402 — You need to @mention @da-bird-2 to be sure he/she sees your question. I can’t find DA Bird on Facebook either, and his/her name on FB is DA Bird. Maybe the privacy settings are too tight. Send DA Bird an ABN friends request and then you can PM your FB name.

@mvnla2 even though my new Facebook account is “linked” to my ab2 account, I still can’t send you presents. It just shows up blank and tells me to “connect” to Facebook to send presents but it just times out or shuts down when I try. We have our internet being upgraded on Thursday, maybe it has to do with that… Anyone else have that problem?

Facebook’s search function doesn’t work very well. I’ve searched for people when I know their exact names and it doesn’t find them.

@da-bird-2, have you tried connecting to Facebook from the connect button? Try connecting before you have a gift to send. It is kind of flaky.

@andalaybay it was working fine and connected with my normal Facebook account but now that I created my games-only account, I’m having connection issues. I already deleted my old Facebook info off of my iPad and put in my new info, and I can open the app itself with no problem but friends list will not pop up and it asks me to connect. I even went into my iPad settings and it says I’m linked so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. :-/
