Playing AB Blast and AB Pop. Randomly when making purchases I get a message saying “Authorisation required. European legislation requires bank authorisation “, then it pops you into the App Store (I’m playing on an iPad). The transaction is authorised in the App Store, then I get the “Transaction successful “ message. But when I go back to the game I get a message saying “Transaction failed” and nothing is delivered.
When I report this to support, I am firstly advised to close the game, then reboot my iPad. Sometimes this works after 5 or 6 goes. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Then I have to contact support again for them to manually deliver the purchase.
plase has anyone else experience this or have a work area?
