So this game has crashed ALOT. In the last week, it crashed 7 times. And I lost 500 gems. I tried sending feedback, but they did not respond.

I created a ticket last week about this, no response. Not like I was really expecting one, honestly. Something you should come to terms with – Rovio doesn’t care.

They have been dealing with a resurgence in the number of tickets filed, especially with the pandemic resulting in more people playing ab2, so expect a responce within a week. I filed a ticket about my broken DC and it took around a week for them to respond and fix it

I was in the middle of the tower of fortune, it froze and closed the app by itself. And it does NEVER pick off where I was.
