Menasor Question

Menasor special attack doesnt do anything for me.  Is this a known bug?

I have been wondering the same thing. Can’t seem to figure it out

It just stinks compared to his normal weapon. The target has to be on the screen when you hit the button and then still be there three seconds later for it to even fire.
