Problems with redeem code for Rio

When I downloaded the update for the first Rio, an activation key was required. I then uninstalled the game and re-installed, but now it won’t redeem my code and I cannot activate the full game. Any suggestions?

@heidikb Activation keys have a limited number of uses before they expire. You should contact Rovio if you are having issues with your activation keys.
