Resume Game Progress on iPad?

Hi, I’ve been playing on my iPhone and recently bought an iPad. Is it possible to resume my game progress on the iPad? I’m at around level 190 and it would be horrible to see my game reset at level 1. I just wanted to be sure how to go about it. (Sorry if this is an old topic, I couldn’t see any posts on the subject.)
