Rovio support.. impressed!

A couple of weeks ago prior to 1.0.10, in a frantic "WTF is going on?' moment with the exiting the totem menu bug, I emailed Rovio in a frenzy, not expecting anyone to respond from their generic contact@ rovio email address, but to my surprise someone emailed back within 12 hours to advise they knew about the issue and were working on it. Yesterday I reported a bug where I had lost 15 coins and again, a prompt response to request I update to the new version and to write back if the issue occurred again.. and donated me 1000 LUCKY COINS! Impressed :)
