Seeking troubleshooting advice

For the past couple weeks my Ancient Might banner set bonus has not activated in any battle (rater or non). I’ve submitted a ticket to Rovio and received the generic “we’re unable to determine what’s going on, arena combinations, etc” and couldn’t provide me a clear answer as to why I’m experiencing this issue. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, no help. I recently fought an opponent in a rated game who used the same banner set. Their bonus activated whereas mine didn’t at all. I’m trying to figure out how the hell to fix this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve conducted some testing and have found that this issue only occurs when using Empowered Comeback emblem. Very strange
