Troll wheel
In the level 20 of Valentine's event, the wheel of fortune can give a possible of 56 combinations of prizes, only two combos do not have the arrows. So that gives a 1 in 28 chance of not getting the arrows each time you spin. Now that's good odds, but the trolling wheel of fortune gave me the combo with no arrows 5 out of the 8 times i spun it today. Really 5 out of 8!!! I don't have much essence, i want the 6000 mastery for all classes so i don't wanna waste it on the arrows and new class, but this is ridiculous.
