Two Updates = Problems for Players
This is not meant to be rude, rather it is meant to point out that the last two updates have been so buggy that people have been unable to play for weeks.
I would like to suggest that you request people in this group be beta testers for you. They test a new update before it is released. You get a selection based on operating systems and devices. Let them test it for up to two weeks. Review their feedback and then release it if it passes testing.
As an incentive you could offer so many gems for completing the testing.
