Video reward issues?

Hey, is anyone else having issues with the video rewards? Every time I try to watch one, nothing loads and I only have the option to close the screen. But then it says that the reward was cancelled. I think this just started yesterday.

Not sure what I should/could do. Any ideas?

Hey I just got redirected to a video on YouTube for ameritrade from the 2008 olympics? Also said video did not finish but it did. And no reward!

I’m tried of this.
