Don’t. Just don’t. I just got a pathetic 100 (yes, that’s one hundred) black pearls from one. How on earth can Rovio expect people to spend 1000 gems when they have that sort of rip-off?!?

Did you buy this one or did you collect it from the clan rewards?
In my discussion about the rare chests (click me) we discussed this 100 pearls from a legendary chest thing. @mzimoxs (and his clan mates) assume, that this 100 pearls card (with that grey’ish background) is a placeholder for a x4 hat, that you already own. x4 hats from a legendary chest are not really the best win, but they can be very helpful to lower level players.

Nevertheless, I agree with you: I would never buy a legendary chest – considering the prices for gems, one of theses chests costs a couple of dollars (or euros)!!

I accidentally clicked on a legendary chest a few days ago, and without any confirmation, there went 900 gems. No confirmation for the purchase at all!

I have received ONE legendary hat from a feat chest. The last legendary chest I earned was a x4 hat, which was pretty lame.

It was a clan reward. Yes, in the past I’ve had rewards of lower level hats (like x4) that I already own, and that sucks a bit but you can understand how getting that if you don’t already have those hats is good (i.e. worth 1000 BPs) but in this case it was definitely just the BPs with the blue (low value) background on the card.

There’s nothing really legendary about legendary chests anyway in my opinion.

Today was a good day. My clan won its battle so I get the legendary chest. 1000 BP’s. Then nearly 500 BP’s from the clan winnings. Then, a FEATS notification that I had opened these many Legendary chests, here is one more. Another 500 BP’s. Nearly 2000 BP’s in one day.

In 100 years maybe we’ll see this again :)

yeah glitchers including me already have the full hat sets for more than a year now :) i’m pity those players who play honestly and doesn’t cheat actually spend all their hard earned 25000 pearls for only 1 hat then they would get another 25000k in a year again…though even wearing all hat set and max level cards doesn’t make a huge difference in scores.
