What happened to the extra birds & why am I stuck with this pig?

What happened to all the extra birds? I never used them so I really don’t care, I’m only asking because they forgot to take this green spitting pig with them. Is anyone else forced to play with him now? Is there a way to get rid of him? It’s was bad enough that feathers I won were wasted on those extra birds when the birds I actually played with on a daily basis sure could use them. Please Rovio, I don’t want this green spitting pig, personally I find him useless and I’m sure others find him useful, I understand to each is own. Please keep  the option for those that want to use them available but please don’t force him on those of us don’t want them, after all it’s called Angry Birds not Angry Pigs. I look forward to seeing you resolve this issue, thanks very much.

I fully agree, I didn’t want it either.  You should be able to open the extra bird locker and choose which one of them to be stuck with anyway, that’s what I did.

Just open the extra bird card & pick Stella, Bubbles or Hal.

You don’t have to play with the pig; I haven’t figured out how to use him very well.  Just choose the bird you want and touch the “pick” button.  I like Stella and Hal is great once you get the hang of him.  I really like Hal in king pig rounds when all you have to do is knock the pig to the left to win.  They come in handy for extra points in MEBC and CvC battles.  My guess is that Rovio wants everyone to play with the extra bird.  You will come to like it and then they will go back to putting a time limit on using them.  Or, i wouldn’t be surprised if they started charging gems to use them.

The only place you are forced to use Leonard is in MEBC. Otherwise pick which one you want to use. If you need help figuring out how to use them there are Support Groups on Face Book for each bird that have videos and tips. Just fling Leo like Terence, he makes some good boom! Use Hal and Terence for the survivor pig shots in MEBC since they are probably your lowest and most useless cards.
