Not yet. It’s only available on iOS devices right now.
i have Seasons and can’t find the mighty eagle in order to purchase it. I bought it for the original angry birds and thought I wouldn’t need to purchase it but once. Now I can’t find it to use with Seasons.
Currently the mighty eagle is only in the original game, not seasons, and just so you’re aware when they release it on seasons i’d assume you’ll have to purchase it for that game too. When they said one time purchase I’m pretty sure they meant one time for the specific version of the game.
I got a reply from Rovio on Seasons.

How do you disable the mighty eagle icon that pops up after 3 attempts, it is beyond annoying.
I believe that can be turned off by going to the settings panel on your iOS device (as in, the gears icon usually on your home screen, NOT the gears icon within the actual game) scroll down to angry birds and disable notifications.

Yes, to clarify the icon pops up right next to the pause icon. Its just something else on the screen to distract me. I paid for the game to get rid of the ads, if I want the mighty eagle ill buy it, I don’t need to be reminded about it every other attempt. Thanks for the support so far guys, love the site!

Mighty Eagle is an in-app purchase (currently only for iOS). Not a specific level.
I thought I purchased The Mighty Eagle but whenever I hit the icon it takes me to a screen where I can purchase it. When I click to buy it it says I have already purchased it. HELP.
Perhaps contact Apple about it.
I also might recommend trying to sign out of your itunes store account on your device. Restarting it and then signing in again. To sign out of your account go to the settings panel, scroll down to “store”, click on your account and then tap sign out. Good luck!

You can purchase the Mighty Eagle in-app. Open Angry Birds and click the Eagle Eye logo in the bottom-center.
Yeah… But I don’t have wireless… Is it possible to purchase it on iTunes directly, I mean, on my computer?
Not that I’m aware of. Perhaps someone else has, but I don’t believe in-app purchases are possible via iTunes / computer alone.

I’m sorry when in the game, i click the icon to purchase the in-app mighty bird, after confirmation and entering my Pw i get the following
“You cant purchase the app that this item is for before you purchase the item.”
I have the paid for angry birds hd, seasons hd and rio hd, i finally decided to see what the talk was about with this add-on. So far no luck :-)

Yes. I ipad is the only device that has purchased angry birds. Perhaps it wasnt meant to be
