The “L” factor with the flying stones hitting remaining wood and glass produces addition points to place the score in the 70k range. Basically the same strategy as in the video. Couple of tips: almost had a 1 bird solution when one of the Blue Birds broke the rope and the rope set off the tnt, the right pig remained but was almost hit by a stone, very possible solution; the rope is needed to set off the tnt, very hard to set it off with the far right falling stone and wood; points are produced with birds rolling down the far right slope; and I affectionately refer to this type of level as “a fling and a pray” because there are no background reference points other than blue sky to aid in aiming the birds. It boils down to eye-hand coordination over the distance when zoomed out.

Due to factors you mention, I think that this level relies far too heavily on the L factor. Guesstimates play far too large a factor on levels wher you don’t have the right birds for the job, IMO.

Cool I raised my score by 4k with the ‘fling and pray’ strat lol @wrw01

It’s worth waiting for the one-birder here. It won’t score well unless at least one of the towers falls down, but if it does, it’s an instant 70k+. It does take a while, though. I’m not sure that it makes a difference, but it may help increase your odds if you fire the first bird a tiny bit higher than in the video. This way, it can break most or all of the glass, and it may give the top bird a better angle to break the bridge onto the TNT.

I went lower. I shot first bird hard through the horse and knocked debris onto bridge. This gave me around 27000 then second bird same as video..

A decent-scoring 1-birder just didn’t seem to be in the cards for me on this one so I tried a different approach using 2 birds.
1st bird aim at the small square wooden block on the first horse & split just before impact. You want the 1st horse to push forward into the 2nd one so they are leaning forward. This gets the 1st wee pig, & part of the 1st horse should tumble down the left slope for at least 12k.
2nd bird as in the walkthrough, through the front leg of the far tower. This breaks the bridge & blows the TNT, and hopefully the left part of the bridge will fly back to the left & get the remaining pig on the upper left. My higher scores came when after that pig dies, part of the 2nd horse that was leaning on it tumbles down into the chasm. This debris also helps to get the moustache pig that often survives the TNT.
The amount of debris left from the 2 horses always bothered me so this way at least some of it gets destroyed. It’s not a high-percentage method but I got several scores over 73k, albeit in hundreds of tries.

Yes, this 2-bird solution works really well. Thanks @karen68 for writing the solution, but I developed it independently ).

Less than for a hour I scored 73k twice and now – 74940, since all remains of 2nd horse had fallen down after “bridge lashing”.

Aim first blue birds at top left side, wait until your close before splitting up the birds. It takes out the 2 pigs on left and then other birds fall below exploding the TNT and everything else below. Rocks from the explosion takes out the last pig on the top right side too. Scored 70,200

My god, this is my best (and luckiest) result ever, I guess! I don’t think I will ever get so near to a WR again.

I did the usual:
1) blue birds at the glass parts
2) yellow bird at the far right horse’s leg

Then the horse fell on the wobbly “chain”, things down there exploded.. BUT.. I was super lucky to have one TNT box not explode. Instead it flew and flew, right against the left-most horse where there was a lot of wood left, and that brought me huge extra points! I can’t believe it happened xD
