Again another game….
And no updates for classical AB games…
AB stella removed :((
but it’s only my opinion…
I totally agree. I’m starting to lose interest in the Angry Birds series now which is sad as it used to be my favorite games, still really like Bad Piggies though and I’m happy they’ve started updating it again!
@bad-piggies-2 they need to update Seasons too! in fact, look at what I found on Rovio’s Facebook page while looking through the comments:
(user): But I want more new games please. Seasons Halloween 2015??
Angry Birds: Well, stay tuned for what’s coming to Angry Birds Seasons ;)
pretty exciting huh? that shows that even though it takes a while, Rovio DOES update past games
@rowdypup they also said to me there will be somekind of halloween content to seasons, not a whole chapter i think. maybe a few pig days levels.
Nobody is thinking about the long abandoned ABSW2. That’s my favorite game and it hasn’t seen an update for almost a year :(.
@josm did you ask them when it would be released?
Why would Rovio leave ABSW2 without any updates? Same goes with ABSW1, Does that means Rovio has ran out of ideas? or they ran out of story plot ideas?
Remember Rovio released a video on Facebook about Shakira walk into the Rovio office? well, That’s a sad video for me, They’re talking about making a new game, and one of them got fired..
While they do update past games I would say they actually release new games more often than that happens… Angry Birds original hasn’t been updated for a very long time, Seasons is still mostly active, Rio has been very slow now with Rio 2 and has mostly been about adding new PU or Bird Coins etc., Space is kind of active I guess and the Star Wars games are not receiving any more updates at all. And then Stella which I think is discontinued.
@sonnykero if they ran out of storyline ideas for Star Wars 1 and 2, I imagine Rio will be up next, then they will run out of Transformers to make, then worlds to be in POP! (they add a new world every few weeks- too fast!) Before we know it, Angry Birds will DIE!
@partshade I think Rovio rushed through some parts of the original Star Wars trilogy, such as Kashyyyk (Chewbacca’s home planet from Revenge of the Sith) General Grevious’ ship (also from Sith), not to mention parts from the next 3 films, such as Jabba’s Palace (Return of the Jedi) and Alderran (Leia’s home planet)
@josm Plus about all this “no-Seasons-updates” business, Rovio actually REPLIED to me through a Tweet (Twitter):
me: what about Seasons? will something new come anytime soon?
Angry Birds: Oh yes, just wait and see ;)
so now we all know Seasons is still cared about- even if it means few updates anymore
@bad-piggies-2 Rovio WILL get back on track with the series, we just have to be patient
OK! now im REALLY interested!
Angry Birds (Twitter): Well, let’s just say next week Angry Birds Seasons turns 5 and we’re preparing a little something ;)
(the reason I keep commenting on all this Seasons business is that im just a huge fan of it)
A 3-matched puzzle game again?
First Juice Cubes, then Angry Birds Fight, and then Nibblers, and now Love Rocks, Why does game developers like to make 3-matched games a lot?
@sonnykero You forgot one actually. Jolly Jam! So that’s 5 match-3 based games from Rovio.
Although considering that Juice Cubes and Jolly Jam is discontinued make me wonder how long Nibblers and Love Rocks will last. o.o
We will see, but Love Rocks can have long life just because of Shakira.
And Angry Birds (Stella) Pop! can be counted as six match-3 game as it’s also have simillar base.
@partshade
Oh yeah, I forgot about Jolly Jam, why’d did they discontinued Juice Cubes and Jolly Jam? I mean, Jolly Jam has just been released, It it has been discontinued..
@mp127
Well, Angry Birds Stella Pop is a bubble shooter type of game, I used to play this type of game (Forgot what’s the name of the game is) but it sure is fun! I
Was the game called Snood?
@sonnykero Nobody really knows why they discontinued them. But from what I’ve seen the games weren’t making much money. I mean do you ever remember the nest posting news about Jolly Jam and Juice Cubes updates? I don’t remember any. So Rovio probably just figured it wasn’t worth it.
Because it’s a very easy concept for people to grasp. Also, people can addicted to them and spend money on them.
No birds? No pigs? We already now in what rovio is special: Making pigs and birds!
*know
I hope they make a Star Wars 3 game or upedating the ABSW2, adding Tatooine, DS, Hoth, CC, MOE and DS2, so we can play with Luke,Leia, Han, Chewie, Vader and many others that isn’t playable via normal gameplay
To say something positive: I actually think it’s a nice take on the 3-match genre (it isn’t even really 3-match) and I quite enjoy playing it.
Yeah! And the game is a little hard too! I love the idea.
Atleast there will be a new Seasons episode ☺☺☺☺☺
There will have walkthroughs?
Liked the game play of dropping the items into the puzzle. A bit different from slinging a ball, etc. The background and format is interesting. Liked the time to analyze the puzzle for the best fit.
Nice video Mighty Red, very detailed.
