well with the latest win 10 servers being down, and I lost all my data, and they insist we log into face book to recover it (I do not nor will NOT get a face book account), I have decided to uninstall the game.

Rovio just doesn’t care about the players anymore, and are just in it to get people to buy Gems.

Oh well, maybe they will just keep it closed.. might be better in the long run seeing how they haven’t done a proper update in quite a while.

300FP minimum,

5days out, you are out. No one in clan who has not played in 6+ days (thats 2 clan battles).

Must do clan battles. Wins legendary chests.

I am finding to many clans are letting people park and its costing them. Was just in a clan for 3 days to do a battle.. we won it because the other team only had 2 people out of 25 do the battle.  And it still had 4+ players 5+days out when I collected my prize and left.

Will, yeah, thats why win 10 players are leaving.. I think I too will be leaving it soon.
Im back to playing boom beach on my lame tablet. Thinking of getting a newer one, but can’t cover the cost right now.. then I might return.. I probably will be done playing AB2 by months end.  No use continuing a game on a platform that they have abandoned, and since I will probably have to wait until next June to be able to get a newer more gameish type tablet, I might as well just go find something else to do.

hey Folks.. Please ALSO post what Platform you are running.

Win 10 people cannot join clans that are on Mobile platforms such as Android, or Mac, or whatever systems.

It might help them find your clan easier. And this explains why some of you cannot be found by new players.

well yesterday I quit the old clan, and then in the afternoon, some guy blew a tire on his truck, swerved into me and totalled my car. Now i’m headed off to hospital for a few days, as I found out I have several small fractures in my leg and they want to fix it and get it stabilized. So will be there sooner or later..  The fact I am still walking on it, (but with some difficulty) is amazing.

So I will get there, sooner or later..  I play this on win 10. Hopefully I can find the clan when I get back home.

Hey Wil-D, do you work for Rovio? Sounds like it.

Yeah I uninstalled the android version. It would not work correctly. The game is Gem hungry, they are always trying to get you to buy gems or that 30 day letter.. It is pay to play, from day 1.  Never had a chance really. Even after 14 days.

Like you said, time to move on and join the thousands who are leaving the game.

Same issue here.  I had to change the clan info to make it clear they had to do the clan battle to stay in the clan, but we still get a few who either log in and won’t do it, or just stop logging in. After 5 days we kick them or at the end of a battle, those who did not do it get kicked.  We are down to 22 core players. And have talked of ending the clan. Our clan is one of the oldest with a 4 number for our clan.. most of the ones I see now have 5 numbers..

We have 2 long time players reporting serious problems with their win 10 version. I loaded it on a Galaxy A7 2019 tablet and the game sucked bad.. half the functions did not work and after 2 weeks I uninstalled it.

Last 3 days I start to load the game on windows and it quits.. takes me 2 to 4 trys to get it to load.

Daily challenge has become a joke. It takes 3 to 5 birds to get past the first room. Seems there is always 1 piggy that doesn’t die or moves to an impossible place where it takes another bird just to take it out.

Arena is also a joke. All of my birds are at 89 with 2 at 90. Yet I was matched with someone with birds at 75, no spells either of us and he beat me by 20 million points. How is that possible without the game being rigged?

Clan battles. We are in emerald, yet last 3 battles we got matched up against Amethest clans who promptly trashed us.   And the way they score the clan battle has changed twice in the last few months.

No wonder people are leaving the game.

This is why I think Rovio has abandoned the game. What few changes they do make it worse, not better.

Well for the 3rd time in a row, Rovio has matched up our Win 10 clan with a clan in a higher league than we are in.  And once again we are getting our tails kicked. Not going to even bother with this one either if it keeps up.. we are at 1334 FP they are at 16289 FP and in Amnesth league.

Well Heres the list of issues for my Android version.

15 days playing now.

Only shows me the “buy a 30 day letter” on the daily quests.

Watch a video – No video’s available.

Play golden eagle boot camp. Get thru to room 5, that is 8 rooms. Its not giving me the golden coins.. still at zero. On my win game i get 20 for finishing 8 rooms.

I sent them a problem report tonight.. but the android version is no longer a priority to me.. the hatchling will probably die off saving me apples.. then I can build them up and go to level 2 maybe.. Dunno..

One other thing I noticed… the android version is a GEM eater.. major gem eater.

mmm.. 14 days playing.. still no video, still wants me to get a 30 day letter, cannot finish daily tasks while that is happening. I am NOT buying gems for this version of the game. I will watch ads, but they are not working.. how long does it take? I uninstalled and reinstalled, and reloaded my saved game yesterday with no change in the game play..

The big problem here is there are severe issues in both versions of AB2.
I got clan people who are losing their game due to Win 10 issues..
I can’t even get a complete game in on the Android version. After 14 days I have all but given up on it.  I mean why bother trying to increase flock, when you can’t even finish the daily quests?

I have been in 2 clans now on Android version. They all seem to have the same problem with NON PLAYERS as we do in the Win 10 version.. Costing the clan a victory.  SMH.. Oh well.. At least I am having fun playing Boom Beach on my tablet.

Well my android version is not working properly. Can’t get videos. Only wants me to buy a 30 day letter so I can never finish the daily quests.  Rarely get gems in chests. And what the heck is with this picking 7 birds for a clan battle?!!   The arena game is just so messed up I am not even bothering with it.

Not quite that bad.. but my win 10 game is still acting screwy. The birds are not activating properly, and I constantly get double launches.

I started playing this on an android tablet last week as well. The game is completely different there.. and that game also has major issues..

This is why I think Rovio has abandoned AB2, and just keeps it running for those of us who are not smart enough to stop playing it, and they are hoping people will still buy gems.. In other words, GREED.

 

They cannot blame this on the COV plandemic.

yeah, I played the most recent clan battle. Joined a clan.. my 104fp bird got 5m points first try.. not so good after that.. will be checking to see if the clan won here in a few minutes..

well this Samsung Tab A, 10.1 screen is having issues with the game.

The blue birds are not flying apart, Little red is not screaming, and matilda is not dropping her egg when I tap on the screen.  I got screen sensitivity set to max. Not sure what else to try.. Its frustrating watching birds fly then not function properly. It is costing me points and failed attempts on maps.. end up using more birds than I need to.

I really don’t think the issue is android v ipad at all.  I think the issue is the android version just SUCKS..

Look at these 2 screen shots. 1st up is daily tasks.. First task, daily letter.. On windows version it tells you to watch a video, or some other lame easy task, if you do not spend the 10 bucks and buy the letter which gives you 70 gems each day for 30 days.

Look at the “watch a video” option. I choose that and get “no videos available” yet on windows version thats all I ever get.. Endless advert videos about Michigan’s business climate, Best Buy lap tops, or join the Coast Guard  – and I am RETIRED Navy!

Then I joined my first clan (on android) yesterday. The clan battle started at 1am local time.. When I go to the clan battle it says battle ends in 1 day 23 hours. I click on it to play my round and I get this…  “battle will start as soon as an opponent is found”. How long does it take a stupid computer to find an opponent when there are over 50 such clans available?

So far I am not happy at all with this version. It is NOT my tablet. I have another game I play on it that is just as complicated, (clash of the clans) and it works perfectly..  But Angry birds 2, just plain SUCKS on it.

No wonder people are leaving AB2

Wil-D, it was my sisters Galaxy Tab A tablet, 128G.  She dropped it on the corner. I had to replace the screen. The tablet itself works fine.. but I think the screen is not as sensitive as my desktop using the mouse..

Well I can tell you this: As many bugs that are in Win 10, this android version so far is worse.

The game is barely functional.

No videos available.

Malfunctioning birds left and right. – Blues do not separate, Matilda does not drop her eggs, little Red does not scream, boomer fails to explode,

Extra birds launch without warning as I am trying to get one of the above to work properly.

Can’t find my clan I play in, on win 10, anywhere.. and its an open clan.

Keeps begging me to buy a daily letter.. Sorry Rovio, I am not wasting good money on this lame game for gems.  And not winning any gems either.. And 2 maps so far have required them to continue..
First hatchling is requiring 5 apples per day.. on win 10, first one was a lot less if I remember right..

I Don’t think I will keep playing the android version.. its just too screwed up.  And will probably be leaving the windows version to..

Is that why I keep seeing ad after ad after ad about Michigan businesses, even though I give them a thumbs down, as they are pure B.S.! ??

I have that permission turned off though.. wish I could stop those stupid Michigan ads and the best buy ads..
