Plus I have at least 2 of every group at red promotion or higher it makes the spark runs go a bunch quicker each day. The only time I am at lower than 1450 promotion for a spark run is when they have the neon characters in the weekly event.

Your Dirge @ level 15 will be a nice workhorse for a while and will pass 98% of all spark runs right now. He doesn’t kill WMT’s but you can dodge them and just regain your health through the rest of the run. I just got Slipstream to level 17 and she does just as good as Dirge @15 plus she kills WMT (Walking Mortar Towers). Those are my two main workhorses right now through spark runs and have been for well over a year and half.

Welcome back @galaxes. I guess it all depends on what you want to accomplish this time around playing. Looking at your unlocked characters you have a bunch to level up and a bunch to unlock. You could work on trying to get at least 2 of each group up to level 15 and keep up with the daily spark run to promote those two bots in each group as high as possible. This will help you rank high in the weekly events giving you more options for gold crates, level ups or accessories. Totally up to you.

@sntrooper I might have to try that again.  I have alway had issues with gravity weapon bots and manual targeting.  I seem to get more “Misfires” that way.  It skips the fire and reverts back to the reload.

 

@grimlockdown  I do have all of the accessories unlocked (although they are not all leveled up).  My problem comes down to my bot being only at level 14.  That is the average of all my characters with a nice handful being at 15 and a select few overpowered.  It will take time to get up to you.  I still have to hit unicorn 5 or 6 times before I bring his shield back up.

I will have to admit that it has been nicer after the two latest event outages as it did slow the bots down for a time being but I do agree that they are ramping up again.

I won’t feel too bad about missing out on this event. I am still pissed I missed out on overpowering Dirge  since they skipped the Coneheads event all together.

Man I really had a hard time getting back into the game this week after the event blackout.  Still not totally getting into it and utilizing the events.  The break from the game was really nice. I didn’t realize how hard I was pushing in the game to speed forward.

😂. Look at that. Just started the event and already claimed the top prize.  I guess I have nothing else to do except look around experience life NOT through a screen.

I just received 800 gems for inquiring about there being no event running in the support tab of the game. I would recommend more people do this as well

The one good thing about there being no event is they have reset the difficulty level in Spark Runs. I have been able to complete 3 spark runs now with Slipstream @ level 500 and I have never been able to do that in the past.  Even with there being no extra promotion bonus the Spark Runs have not taken as long as they usually do @ 630%

I would assume you are still earlier on in your ABT journey and I will assume you do not have any Combiners unlocked yet as well.  While the weekly chests you receive from the challenge runs will help you out a bit I think that Dirge will help you out a lot more with the daily Spark Runs.  He was instrumental in me getting how far I have gotten in the game so far as he is still my go to guy for completing spark runs.

Any accessories can be a grade 1, 2 or 3 depending on how you have upgraded it.  Go into any bot and to the accessories you currently have purchased under the name of the accessory it will tell you what grade it is and you can click on them to upgrade the to better levels using coins and crystals.

I think you will just have to test it and see how long it takes you to complete the event and how much extra time you have to do the event.

i am still working towards having 2 of each group unlocked and their promotion leveled up (to around 155%) just for spark runs.  I use one non weekly TF that can clear the event by themselves and with the other 2 at a 4x multiplier it does knock down a lot of time off the spark runs.

Next weeks events I will probably use 3 combiners and have Menasor as my main guy as I can do most of the spark run without looking at the screen. This will also be the first time I actually have 3 combiners to do the event with. I could change my strategy after the first run if it doesn’t work out the way I am hoping it will.
