The randomness of the Ancient set item and frankly the fact that I can get class upgrades during events gave me reason to not bite. The resources needed to upgrade set items to E10 is insanely high as it is.

I played one last battle before the event expired (was in a tight race for 1st), finished the battle as time expired, rolled 550 pts….only to find that I wasn’t awarded those points and lost 1st by less than 100. I’ve since submitted a ticket to Rovio requesting a treasure chest. I did end up rolling 1.5k all, 1.5k Red and 1.5k Bomb after a reroll. Not a bad mini event. I am digging the short duration between events (next one in 4 days and the world boss one in 9 days).

I don’t know if anyone’s experienced a similar issue, but on several occasions during this event the game has suddenly stopped in the middle of a battle.  I’ve subsequently lost stamina.  I’ve since reached out to Rovio with a ticket on this and requested stamina potions as compensation.

On a separate (but related) note, can anyone help explain why the game stops/shuts down unexpectedly?  It’s caused me quite the disruption during arena matches and, as aforementioned, events.  I’ve reached out to Rovio in the past and they always seem to respond with “you may need to reinstall the game….” but that never seems to do the trick as the issues keep reemerging.  I especially hate it when it happens during arena matches (particularly when the matches glitch and freeze) and I’m forced to take a loss.

So I was pleasantly surprised by Rovio’s response to my ticket complaint.  The other day I proceeded to buy 750 LCs (as that deal was better than the $9.99 offer with a 50% increase).  The transaction went through, I received the LCs and then all of a sudden the game restarted on me.  When I logged back in I received the infamous “Data synchronization” message and noticed my total LCs were pre-purchase.  I restarted the game several times thereafter but to no avail.  I reached out to Rovio and asked not only for the 750 LCs but also for further compensation due to the inconvenience (I spun it that I was planning on making some GPM rolls but couldn’t).  They graciously compensated me with 200 LCs.  Here’s to hoping that when the 5x chance comes around this month that I can be rewarded.

I was reading the forum thread on the Facebook page and apparently it has something to do with the 2x arena trophy video. It keeps popping up after every win. This is the source of the issue, I’m quite certain

I recently rolled a lvl 82 Ancient Valient Banner topper with a base hp of 19284 that includes 5 enchantment level. Enchanting it to lvl 10 = a bonus of 3857 hp for a grand total of 23141 HP. I also rolled a regular lvl 82 Valient Banner topper with a base hp of 16363. Enchanting it to lvl 10 = a bonus of 8181 HP for a grand total of 24544 HP. According to these numbers, the ancient version has less hp and thus is weaker which doesn’t make any sense as per the recent update.
