They are “updating” the app with more n more ways to get money from users. It’s getting ridiculous! Already paid for game, but now they trick us into getting items from the shop to increase status. Then donr fulfill the order. It clearly states “70 daily x30 days” for $9.99.

Not a fan. It dangles spells & feathers as prizes but usually end up using gems to continue since 6 level boss stages are always tough. I’m dumb for falling for it & wasting gems I could use to get more tries at tourney. Winning 1 duck & a chili plus few feathers ain’t worth it. Hope they stop it

I’ve recently saw a player with 9 ratings on every bird but only had 19 stars. How is that even possible?? I’m barely at 6 and have stars at 47. Just another way people are cheating this game.

I missed the players name but I KNOW there is cheaters! I had 1.8mil pt lead & they had 2 birds left. It ends with them winning by over 1.5m pts. 3.3mil pts change when they only had barely 1mil over initial part.

I’m tired of having big leads to see them disappear! In last month I haven’t received gold in single tourney, when I had 29 gold in 35 previous. Last few weeks I’ve seen really weird score changes, players starting with 15 birds! Why waste spells in arena like that.

Then if I do happen to beat the other player, it’s only giving me 5 stars when I won by nearly 800,000 pts. I’ve thought it was computer generated for some time & this thread really just confirms it or that someone’s found ways to cheat the game.

Idk but sadly it’s not fun anymore!

@mvnla2 level 13 isn’t a for sure thing. But I recommend going to the first levels, 1-15 etc and playing them to earn daily stars & presents to earn gems. They are easy levels with only 1-2 stages and I’ve been able to find a present everyday by playing like 5 of them to earn the daily stars.

@aeshna u r not missing anything but BS! U get limited plays in arena and have to pay 80 gems for 3 arena tickets. Ur lucky u didn’t update. I wish I set it not to update automatically. But between the arena changes and headaches with updates I think I’m done with the the game. Just getting too annoying & levels almost require you to buy extra birds or extras to beat them.

FYI-I ended up in 4th place in the last tourney.

New tourney just started & now u only get 1 play ever 3hrs unless u buy their BS arena tickets which are 3 for 8 gems. WTF!!

I’ve said I’m close to being done with this game and this is just the last F U they’ve done & I’m done. Just started on this forum & found some great tips etc. but I’m tired of having to pay to beat levels. The arena was the last fun I was able to have since they only add 20 levels every month or so. And now I can’t even play that without spending $1 every time I want to play the arena without having to wait every 3 hrs.

@cognitive lol duh! For some reason I was thinking too hard. But I always called it the ice flake.

But the new arena, after the update from hell, is even worse! U have to buy arena tickets to replay now. Where before u could replay as much as u wanted for 12 gems each time. But now it’s 3 arena tickets for 80 gems. That’s just under 27 gems per replay, over twice what it used to cost. This update just seems like new way for them to milk more money from us. Not a fan of the new levels either. Beat first “tutorial” level fine but used rest of lives on 502.

Update sucks anyways! Arena now charges u more gems to replay. Now u gotta buy arena tickets 3 for 80 gems. That’s double what the replays used to cost when they were 12 gems. They literally updated to add few more crappy levels but mainly add ways to make more money off of us!

Almost wish it wasn’t working. HATE changes! New levels sucks but Arena has been changed. No more 12 gem replays. Now u have to buy arena tickets 3 for 8 gems. That’s double what it use to be. They are just doing updates to add ways to get every nickel they can from us!

Between the ads and now this I’m close to just deleting the app. Already annoyed after spending last 3 days trying to get app to work after update.

ALSO since the update fiasco, I went from 1st place in my tourney to 5th place! How does that happen if everyone else wasn’t able to play either?? Finally got it to work with hour left in tourney. Got 2 plays to make up pts. Then the 80 gem arena ticket scam. Even if u win the tourney, u only get 100 gems. So it’s like making 20. Get anything less than first and you lost money. I’m actually even tired of having to vent my frustrations on this forum. DAMN YOU ANGRY BIRDS!

@cognitive I feel the same way. Not exactly those times, but I notice early in day I usually win(7/10 times) but in the afternoons I rarely win(3/10) especially lately.

Also do you hit fast forward when playing in arena? I noticed if I do it near the end of the game, when opponent is on last bird, that their meter gets filled multiple times & they go thru several more birds. I don’t know how many games I’ve lost when I’ve had a 50-100k lead & hit ff to see them go thru several more birds and jump up several 100k

I do like the extra bird when game ends & your not in the lead.

@nkaned this is the reason I found this forum. I’ve had it happen to me more than I can count. You should only get the extra bird if you are not in the lead, but I’ve had it give me the bird as well when leading.

@dwhite40704 I see that happen to me when I use the fast forward feature. I hit ff and then watch as their meter fills & fills, going through bird after bird. They then go from a 100k deficit to 500k ahead of me!

Why is there ads anyways? I noticed the older games are even worse! Last year after having a problem with my iPad, the Apple Store deleted all my progress somehow and I lost everything! Had to start from beginning for every game I had beat. But now the early games are flooded with ads!

I understand the ones for AB2 allowing you to earn extra birds & coins etc. but early games have gone as crazy.

I have been playing the first few levels to earn the 10 stars for Daily Quests, finding the presents have been the hard part. But luckily I’ve found them the last two days on level 13. Not sure how to label it except it’s Level 1-13. Which is nice because it’s only a 2 stage level. Makes for quick n easy way to get that daily present and earn those gems.

I’m in Diamond League with all my birds at Level 5 except Matilda the white pig which is at Level 4 and 112 feathers away from reaching Level 5 with her

I’ve won 18 Gold, 8 Silver and 2 Bronze medals. I currently have 38 stars and am in the lead for the tourney that ends in 7 hrs with 312 stars.
