I can’t even get to the game to even change any settings.

As of today, my game will still not open, I was worried about uninstalling and reinstalling as I don’t want to lose years and years of progress I’ve made. It’s not about not connecting to Apple ID or FB. Like the game crashes upon opening.

I came on to say the same thing. I’m on IPad too and the game will not open. I closed all programs and nothing. Hopefully it will be fixed and fixed properly

Also adding to some frustration is the fact that each upgrade takes longer and longer. Earning the yellow (extremely elusive gems) takes days to which you need to get final upgrades.
I came up with a decent solution with getting the purple and yellow gems faster. Going to the crafting area and using the previous gems to make the others. Since the white gems are more readily available, I use the white gems to create the blue, use the blue to create the purple etc. But I am off topic!

I wish they could add something, like a prize during an event to have the option to speed up an upgrade. I was kidding that it would take me forever, especially since they seem to be introducing new characters almost every week.Its hard to quit a game you have invested to much time and energy into (as per a rude suggestion I got as a response to another question)..if they they truly want to keep newer players then they need to improve some things

Finally a way to spend the 75 million coins I have earned. I got a character upgraded to 16, accessories upgraded. About 2000 sparks and 300 gems. Finally a decent update!

Oh so that’s why I lost all my lives in a matter of seconds. I was seriously like WTF. I don’t need any of the available accessories, just adding sparks so I am not going to be trying too hard

I know that if I want this character I am going to have to spend some gems. That means saving every single token from now until the end. No sparks, no nothing. With the tokens I have now, if I stupidly decided to spend them now, I would give up about 3500 gems. That ain’t going happen! So every time I win tokens I see what the exchange is. How do they expect people to earn 10,000 tokens in five days? And the thought alone of paying $99 for ANY kind of game makes me physically ill😫😫😫😫😫

I got up to about 5200 tokens..thought for sure the event was going to go through the rest of the week..no way am I paying $50 for a freaking character and I think I have most of the accessories from previous events..so aside from getting all the sparks available, most of my tokens are going to go to waste..sucks you can hit the coins purchases more than once, but you can only hit the sparks once. Once you get them that’s it. I have like over 40 million coins that are of no use unless your upgrading and most of my characters are at level 14 and 15 anyway

It seems to be slowly getting better. I had to constantly reboot my iPad to get it to open. Now I go to open, I have to tap the app at least twice before it will open

Yeah.. I did the uninstall, reinstall thing and that worked for about a minute and now can’t get it open again. I will try the airplane mode thing…

I don’t have my Ipad with me, but i know i have plenty of memory, so that ain’t it. I am completely up to date on mu sytem. I deleted the app and reinstalled and rebooted mt system. All this between last night and this morning. So we will see how things look when I go home for lunch

This morning it won’t open at all now. Was going to send one of those pretty-useless-but-makes-you-feel-better-to-complain crash reports to Robin but can’t seem to find a link to it

Yea. $50 on a single game, I don’t think so. I have no use for more coins, so I have no use for all the tokens. And I already have all those accessories being offered. Honestly, I am hoping that price was a typo!

Well as of right now I cannot the game open again. It was working fine when I was playing on my lunch hour and now the opening comes up, but then the whole thing crashes. Tried five times already
