Last 3 weeks I play DC, but only half(butt) and just aren’t sweat it and letting it get me frustrated. I go into knowing that I mostly likely won’t make it to the last room with more than one bird so I’m prepared to lose before I begin. It quite a surprise those days I actually win and then win the BC on top of that. Also proud of myself for not caving and spending gems no matter how close it is, because you know it’s never close enough anymore. After playing daily for a year and a half, not much compared to most, but I’m about burnt out and it becoming a chore to play these days, I stay for my clan. I have been checking out other games, kinda liking Klondike, never played that type of game before, it is slow especially for someone as impatient as I am.

Thanks for your reply, that’s what I have been trying to do and just played and tried again with same results, alas I guess I simply suck at this. Sorry I’m not familiar with NES games, AB2 is my first online-Iphone-Ipad-app-game I’ve played, and at this rate will surely be my last. Does tapping speed matter and change things? I have one tapping mode, that’s fast as I in I’m trying in vane as fast as I can to correct the birds direction. Since I am tapping like a mad man, or in my case woman, isn’t working does holding your finger down on the screen do anything, or even slowing down? Or do you simply need to keep moving it? I guess it wouldn’t be so bad if it responses even for a brief second to my taps but it’s not even doing that, however  thanks for your advice, I’ll keep at it.

I’m not sure if this is even something  your looking or you may all ready know about it, but when you in EC and it shows “Today”, “Top Players”, and “Top Clans”, if your in “Top Players” and it shows your current score, at the bottom it shows how many more days and hours are left in the current season, hope that helps someone out there.

Hi Buhooh,

Thanks for sharing all your hard work with everyone. I have a couple questions that I guess I should know after playing for nearly a year. What does the S stand for after FP/s and what do you mean by “player counts by zone”? I am a co-leader of a clan that really plays for fun and I also happen to be one of the few people on the planet that doesn’t use FB so I won’t be able to use this but it sure seems interesting.

RawData, in no way am I a top tier player, I haven’t been in the top 100 in EC, yet that is, and only at level 980. Not to brag but here goes anyway, the clan I co-lead  has won every battle for a few months now, that is until just this week when sadly we finally lost, but our motto is a simple one, not stressful, expensive, or demanding. We welcome newbies so they frequently come and go, all we ask is that everyone play at least once in every battle/challenge, and to enjoy themselves and have fun doing it. I only bring this to your attention so you can be reassured that just like yourself , who I have no doubt by your frequent post here is an honest player, there are more of us, myself and my clan included. Now what we really need is to have Rovio play fair and honestly, just one example is the arena. I stop playing that a few months ago, even before they thankfully stopped including it as a daily task, no need for me to explain the deceptin that routinely occurs there as no doubt you know all about it too.

Got through the first 6 fairly easy, did fork out 60 gems to finish level 6 though but now I’m stuck on level 7 room 2. Does anyone have any tips on demolishing  that first heavy concrete structure? Attempted to take it apart a little at a time from the top, not the entire thing at a time since to heavy for her, that usually works but it’s not here? Also tried taking a stick from the bottom to knock down but of course nothing budges?

Thanks for sharing and explaining your graph RealgGrafter, your named very appropriately too and thats great I might add. I love your graph and understand it, sort of?  I think? I get the blue line clan rank, red score per match, now the eggs…..We are currently in a battle so I just left and I went and looked at the board. The eggs go from 300 in first down to a few players that have 5. The player with the highest score gets 300 eggs, Second 245, third 210ect…and the clan with the most eggs wins, ok thanks now  I get it, it clicked while I was typing too. I hope Rovio calculates clan FP prior to every match since it changes like as members come and go. Our clan is open so we have a majority of new players that pop in, play a match or two, then pop out. We do have a handful of strong  players that show up and play every match but we oso have those that don’t. After 5 months now the past couple we seem to be constitantly at 50/50 members however, of those 50 members I’d say 35% to 50% don’t play for some reason or another every match. Wait, actually we’re lucky to have 20 or 25 show up and play every match. I wonder if they take this into consideration too? because (fingercrossed) we have remained undefeated for a couple of months (We are currently behind so I hope I didn’t jinx us, fingers and now with toes crossed too). Again thanks for the explaination I think I got it and now I have to go pay to play if we are behind and it’s close yikes!

It’s not that you are missing the good rewards RawDataSystem, they choose not to give  them to you. I only mention this because per your posting it is possible we both share a similiar cynical streak when it comes to this wonderful game we embrace and play.

I have a bomb and it’s not helping me much on this challenge. On other challenges I would usually get through the first 4 or 5 rounds in less than a hand full of try’s, not this one though. Instead of progressively getting more challenging and having more rooms, this one starts out pretty tough with more rooms than they use to start with. At this point during previous events I’d be constantly replaying the last couple of levels by now  but not this time. I don’t get me wrong I’m not complaing about a challenge, that’s what this game is based on and why I love it. I just don’t like it when it seems like the odds are constantly stacked against you. I find this event I’m not really participating in, I let it frustrate me too much so it’s not worth it. If it’s not fun anymore I’ll pass thank you.

***This rant is brought to you by a fairly new player, only playing 9 months and almost at level 1000, for this challenge I have 6 birds only I’m missing Terrance. Actually now that I got all this out of my system I don’t think I really went back and tried to play after getting all 6 birds so I will now and who knows my feelings about the event just might change after that.

Thanks for sharing that. I didn’t even notice there was even that slight difference between the two reds, thought they were the same. I’m thankful for people who ask questions that I didn’t;t even know I didn’t even know, there is never a bad question especially about a game like this that seems to constantly be making small tweaks here and there.

Thanks for sharing that, I am only on level 980 myself but never even noticed I was no longer given the feather options especially now that it takes forever to fill up the bar. This also explains now why I’m constantly bombarded with being chosen to participate in this “one time special offer”, that I get few times every single day. I am able to get 25,ooo feathers, or something like that forgive me I don’t remember exact the number, and 1500 gems all for the low low price of just $99, that’s all, $99, what are they nuts. that I need. When I spend $99 on the game you better believe it’s for the Terrance special, its a much better bargain I believe, there you get 14,000 gems which last longer and not just feathers. How do others spend their Benjamin’s in the game? oh sorry if anyone is even reading this and aren’t familiar with somehip hop videos or  US currency, Benjamin’s are $100 bills.

I have been playing 9 months and never ever ever ever had a video option which really bums me out :o( it should be for everyone or nobody at all (ok to hate me for stating that if you are one of the chosen ones unlike me, I’d hate me too). And sorry no disrespect but I’m confused about the post, is it a statement or a question? It doesn’t seem as whiny as mine are when I rant here? Is it the fact they finally fixed that we’d only get one kind of spell card not what we picked that was happening over a month or two until just recently. I can’t believe  I opened a post regarding this issue on this site weeks ago now in addition to sending Rovio 3 messages about the issue yet nothing, they still never “officially” responsed back to me?  That doesn’t say a lot  about their customer service or wait…..actually…..I guess it does says a lot about it after all. It’s a bit rude, at least they could of sent some kind of standard reply, they should do that for everyone who takes the time to bring them an issue right? That’s not asking to much is it? I guess when it comes to Rovio my common decency expectations are just to high and that would be asking too much from them after all. Most people value goid customer service and companies without it don’t last for long, surely not for decades. Sorry if this post is really about another issue in the rip off tower but this is all I got?

I have had the same experience as you, it’s always the lowest card, except they may throw me a bone every tenth or so. I must stop and count to 3 now before I foolishly throw them my money or I get sucked into the moment.

Btw-I didn’t know about egg scoring so I learned something by your question and I’m sure I’m not the only one either, that’s another benefit of asking questions. I too thought the scores were based on the scores posted, makes perfect sense to me, your score is based on scores but now I’ll check with my clan to see if everyone knows. We have 50 in our awesome clan, it has not only awesome players but really awesome people and I feel lucky I’ve come to know a lot of them being a member. Every player counts despite how big or small the score and our  motto isn’t about scores but it’s about having fun playing andyou only have to play once, no minumins required to join. Maybe that relaxed attitude has helped us remain undefeated and the reason I always seem to post the highest score every battle where every member counts. We do like to win don’t get me wrong, so thanks to your question again I will be checking with my clan, Go Tamago!!!, to see if everyone understands and I guarantee you a lot if not all of them aren’t aware of this egg count thing why would they it doesn’t really make sense at least to me, so again thank you for for question and once again Go Tamago!!!

Jet-s-jones, I see one of the members reply to your question. I wouldn’t be surprised if you felt it wasn’t addressed in a very warm and understanding way, actually it wasn’t answered at all. I guess we should consider just how lucky they are to know every little thing there is to know about this ever changing game. I myself have only been playing a very short 9 months or so and I still have to ask about things and I’m not saying your new but I’m sure every new player doesn’t know everything there is about the game. I believe asking questions is one if the things this site encourages us to do so I don’t think members should be ignored or shut down right away when they take the tie to ask one. I may get negative responses and that’s ok, again I’m not one of the fortune ones that know everything about the game. However I do hope everyone feels welcome and comfortable to ask a question, that they won’t be judged or made to feel stupid for asking, not that you did by the way, there is no stupid or wrong question afterall, people wouldn’t ask if they already know right.

WARNING THIS POST CONTAINS WHINING AND VENTING!!!!!                               (so please don’t read if that kind of talk offends you because  I already know I sound a little like a poor losing crybaby)

It’s nuts how ridiculous the challenge has become especially over the past couple of weeks. Recently I started playing on my phone so I am only at level 70 something, therewhere I still only get 2 or 3 rooms and usually win without paying. On my iPad playing level 970 something I rarely win these days and yes, I totally understand the higher you get in the game the more challenging it becomes, and it should be like that, but I think we agree it should be fair for everyone. How are you suppose to play a boss pig when you have to get through 5 or 6 rooms to get there? On those rare occasions when I do win I find without fail, the King Pin Challenge much easier and I now always win, am I the only one that remembers when it was the other way around? Months back I gave up playing in the Arena because I found it unfair and then it was no longer required to check off for daily task. I would give up on this too if it were not currently required. I can forget ever completing all the daily tasks these days if the King Pin is included, how can you play thatwhen you can’t win to get there? What happened? I use to love and really enjoy this game, these days I let it give me more stress than pleasure and don’t know if it worth it anymore. I do payto play this game but think once all my gems are gone, so am I. It no longer fun and enjoyable as it should be at least I think so. Why so greedy Rovio? Why can’t we enjoy the game as I am sure at the start was in fact your intention?

Who do I complain to about TOF video option. Been playing daily over 7 months I have not seen it once. However, I play on iPad and just downloaded on my phone and what da ya knowww I have it there? Unfortunately I can’t see much of the screen on my phone and have to stick to my videoless iPad, at least if I want to hit a building or a pig, or try to hit anyway.

Your not alone I too remember when it first started the rewards were much higher, I even remember thinking how can they give this many away everyday. The cards were 500, 750, 1500,  and I don’t think I saw one less than 150 definitely nothing like they are now. I also agree 110% who would pay 200gems for 10 or 2o BP? No thank you I’ll earn mine the old fashion way, AKA cheaper way, though I know I should be grateful for any freebie the games offers.

I have a FP of 663 with Bubbles but only 41 stars so may look bad but it’s because I don’t play the arena unless I have to, got tired of the unfairness of it. People who do play it regularly and win are going to have a higher star power.

I gave up playing in the arena because of stuff like this. I got so tired of being frustrated playing against someone with a lower FP and I have a few spell cards and they win by 20 million. I’m sure you all see the higher you progress, the higher your opens score so by the last level they have FP 100 greater than your and all the spell cards. Lately playing hasn’t even been listed as a daily quest item. I also found if I play the last couple levels with no spell cards, got tired of wasting them in there, even though my opponent has them, oddly they are usually trailing the entire time by a few million of course until the last room, then suddenly they are a few million ahead. I get free bird and alway less than a million shy of winning. Now I just play for myself and when I lose and start all over it’s no big deal at least I played faired unlike my opponent.
