    @sutekh137 I play on iPad and it was crashing every time I tried to open the Origami day level. So I reset my iPad and then I couldn’t open Pig Days at all and there was a message that Pig Days was stored in the cloud and an update was required and did I want to update? So I said ‘Yes’, it updated, and the problem was fixed.

    There are some updates which ABS prompts you to download. Once you’ve done that the problem is fixed.

    @mvnla2 I have unintentionally misled you: my iPad is an iPad air not an iPad2. Sorry about that.

    @mvnla2 re ABS PD 4-5
    iOS8.4 model ME987B/A (I can see it’s offering to update me to 8.4.1 but I haven’t yet done so). On my iPad the collapse happens 100% of the time at 52 seconds after a hard close and immediately go to 4-5: picture uploaded:- https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/pauliboy/album/picture/15850/

    @mvnla2 regarding partial collapse on Angry Birds Seasons Pig Days 4-5 before any birds fired for 9160 points: I play on an iPad 2. This partial collapse happens 100% of the time on the first time you play the level after restarting ABS. It takes less than a minute to occur. I haven’t seen it happen after the first time of playing the level, but I haven’t had the patience to investigate it much further. I posted about this before there was a walkthrough on ABN and my scores were nowhere near the high scores on the leaderboard, so I don’t know that it’s that helpful: sorry!

    Angry Birds Pig Days 4-5 (Fun in the sand). On first go, after opening the level for the first time – wait a minute and a couple of stones from the top of the high castle tower fall off for 9160 points before firing any birds.

    @mvnla2 Angry Birds Seasons Easter Eggs bonus Golden Egg #17.
    Partial destruction.
    Wait 5 minutes and both carts can blow up.

    This paves the way for simple one-bird clearance.
    Quite rare for both to blow, but for one cart to blow is fairly common. When I had both blow up the inner one blew up and set off the outer one which was next to it by sheer good luck.

    Re ABS on Finn Ice 1-15.
    So far it’s been a one time event for me.
    I’d reset the level when I had to take a phone call. When I came back to the game I had 19000 points for zero birds.
    So, it happened within a couple of minutes, but I wasn’t paying close attention.

    ABS on Finn ice level 1-15. The piggy on the ice has gone and 19k before a single bird fired in anger. Had it happen once. Didn’t help my score because I didn’t clear all the piggies. D’oh!

    ABS on Finn ice day 1. The ‘chimney’ on the structure at the right sometimes falls to the left knocking over the tower with a pig on top. It doesn’t help get a good score, however.

    I initially realised that @wicket182 was doing something different when he (or she: I don’t know) posted a score that was so far ahead of anyone else that he had to have found something new. I never for one moment questioned the legitimacy of the score. When you’ve been on this site a while you get to know a few of the names that are always there at the top of the leader boards. For the most part, they share their strategies if they’ve found something new, just as I do if I’m lucky enough to stumble across something no-one else has mentioned.
    And, of course, we now know it was last chance.
    It seems that no-one who has commented really likes it, for one reason or another. But we’re only a minority of this site’s users, so may not be representing everyone’s views.
    I wish we could have a non-last chance leader board, but I guess that’d be like trying to close the stable door after the horse has bolted!
    Happy flinging everyone.

    @gelfling – I was using par in the golf sense: the score that a good player would aim for. In Angry Birds I reckon that’s the average posted score. The 3 star score is a bare minimum.

    @pauliboy

    @gelfling – you’re right. For those levels (not all of them, I concede) it’s not a flinging challenge because you have no idea what a par score is with the birds you’re given. If Rovio had given a points penalty for using last chance (you get 10,000 points for left over birds, so why not -10,000 for each bird using last chance?) then it would’ve been good because you’d’ve been very judicious in your use of last chance.

    @pauliboy

    I agree that the game is the game, and we play with what we’re given.
    So, if we’re allowed to post scores using last chance, then I will.
    But it would have been possible for a polite request not to post scores using last chance, akin to the request not to post scores using power ups in original angry birds leader boards. I’d have preferred it that way, as the challenge of the game (to maximise your score with the allowable number of birds including swaps) is more fun when you don’t have (in theory) limitless extra birds to mop up all the left over debris.
