In the last two KPCs, I got lucky and didn’t use any gems. The one I fought yesterday was Foreman in The Pig Apple. Terence saved the day for me.

Yesterday’s new DC of The Hamazonas was brutal for me — took me 15 tries to get this monstrosity over and I did spend gems w/ only an hour left on the clock (earned 150 feathers from chest). In the KPC that day, made it to the boss level but failed in room 3. I really hate that castle structure with interlocking balloons.

Today’s DC of Copacabacon is confirmed to be the water levels. I won on the third try and earned 250 Blue feathers. The boss level of the KPC was cheap, and I unfortunately spent 180 gems to get the job done (got 100 yellow).

IMO, the King Pig challenge is a nice addition after beating the regular DC but 10 minutes to do five levels? Total bullshit. Anyway, I gt through today’s DC in one try and won 150 Silver feathers.

My KP result: use 60 gems in the boss room and won triple inflators.

Thanks a lot Rovio for screwing me over in these last two DCs! >:( I totally failed the Madagooscar one but won in yesteray’s DC. Shame that I had to pay 240 gems (120 in each one).

Lucked out on the second attempt and gotta thank Terence for getting the job done when the boss had no health left. That earned me 200 Terence feathers (100 in the chest).

8/26 – I absolutely hated the Gravity Grove DC. It took me 10 effing tries to pass this monstrosity. Room 4’s big structure at the top is a beast (castle with balloons in the middle)!

8/27 – I tried this one this morning, but totally failed. Later, after spending gems on the ninth try, I finally beaten it and my reward was 2 unnecessary ducks.

Won the Oinklahoma DC in four tries, but I got 250 Red feathers!

After the last 4 DCs in which I came so close and had to use gems, I was lucky not to use gems and won on the first try in the Hamberg DC. But I got more unnecessary chili anyway.

Count me in as another who’s getting worked up. Last night, I lost 5 of the last seven matches. WTF Rovio?!

No wonder I was so worried about Gravity Grove — that was brutal. I did win on the sixth try after using some gems. That earned me some Silver feathers from the chest.

@chucky-2 When I saw Crash’s score this past Sunday (during the afternoon), he was already at 500 points one day after this tournament started. Second closest was about 100. I already became suspicious of this.

I won the water level on the fourth attempt, but I got two unnecessary blizzards. Now I’m really afraid of the dreaded Gravity Grove.

Well, I’m probably gonna get demoted after this week. I’ve got a cheater named Crash who’s a 77 star ranking and he has 757 points already! >:( Second place is about 250 feathers.

The good news is that I’ve leveled up my last bird of Silver to Elder Silver after another 7-game streak.

Yeah, this wasn’t a bad Pigsyland DC. I won on the second try and I wish I had your prize, Beaver (she’s in the 1200+ mark), but the 100 Chuck feathers I got from he chest isn’t so bad.

I’m back in after 2 hours. And I’ve successfully taken down a powerful opponent in the third round for 100 blue feathers (so close to Elder Silver). In fact, I’ve got four birds in Level 10 — Chuck first, Matilda second, Terence third, and Bomb fourth.

I’ve won on the fourth attempt and I got 100 Terence feathers from the chest. And yeah, I hate those magician pigs too! They should only be used on the pigsyland and Halloween levels, IMO.

7/21 (Snotting Hill) – Fairly hard but I won on the third attempt. Cleared the top structure with silver, used Chuck to get Chef down (thankfully he was tiptoeing on the edge of the platform below where he was) and used Red to send him down the slide.

Today (Fluttering Heights) – Unlike Beaver, I won on my second attempt. On the boss level, I used red to destroy the structures on top, then used bomb to send Foreman into the flower, and then Chuck to send Foreman to his doom.

Unfortunately, I got more unnecessary Chili from the chest.

Yeah, today’s DC (Pigsyland) was nasty. The first room if you have five room levels is nasty (taken from my most hated boss level of 254) with magicians, construction, miner, and ballooner. I got through on the eighth try without having to spend any gems. That earned me 150 Terence feathers from the chest.

7/19 DC (taken from Misty Mire): Even with the six-room boss level, it’s fairly easy. You need either Bomb, Silver, or Matilda’s body to bring Foreman down. I did it on the first try with Matilda. I made a hole for the boss to fall down after he goes through the light green portals. That earned me yet another chili from the chest which I didn’t need.

@partshade Frosty’s wand disappears when he’s injured. Don’t know about Fireman pig though.

Same thing with the construction pig — his hat and screwdriver weapon are gone when he’s injured but still alive and can be easily killed.

I’ve had cheaters for this past week, especially when a cutesy bird name like Monty Rooster scored a whopping 1300 stars and in first place. Just now, I’ve had my first complete streak since the time this new arena format was used — 500 Matilda feathers! The new arena update IMO is better than what we’ve seen in the past few weeks.

I’ve got the same winning result as Angry Beaver, except I got 100 Chuck feathers from the chest.

Also, the new DC (Hamberg) from Thursday was difficult with six rooms in the boss level but I got lucky on my second attempt (too bad I got blizzards). The Oinklahoma DC was hard (one that we haven’t seen in the campaign) and too bad I had to spend gems to win (though I got 100 Bomb feathers for my efforts).

I got through today’s Hamalays DC in two tries (the boss is under the “funnel”). Got lucky with a couple strikes in Rooms 3 and 5. In the boss room, I owe it all to Terence who finished Chef Pig off after I killed the snow pig with red and dropped an egg on the boss. That earned me the 100 Chuck feathers from the chest.
