I am a customer who has purchased a lot of gems to allow me to play at the level that I want to play at.
In making these changes, they were not geared to players like me. So I have had the money that I have paid essentially taken away from me. So Rovio has changed the rules of the game without informing the customer. I can’t help but think that for us paying players, its something illegal about that.

I’m sorry to say this, but it seems that your save file is corrupted and it can’t be restored to the level 340. Fortunately you were able to get back to your level 311 game, so you didn’t lose all of your progress. In order to investigate this corruption issue, could you answer to the following questions:
What device are you using to play the game?
What is the OS version in your game?
Have you played the game with multiple devices?
Have you used an external backup software to save your progress, e.g. Helium?Answering to as many questions as possible would go a long way to ensure that this unfortunate incident won’t happen again, my apologies!

I have purchased gems to allow me to play at the level that I am comfortable with.
What is the plan to reimburse us? This seems unfair under the disquise of a bug.I contacted Rovio on Thursday when they wanted all this information to research it. They knew then that it was downgraded and led us all on.
On my way to deleteing this game.

Salla Today at 06:07We have been going over this issue in the past few days and unfortunately I have to tell you that the silo’s capacity being downgraded is a measure we had to take in order to optimize the experience for all users. One of our top priorities is to keep the game as fair as possible for everybody and this is why the silo capacity was also reduced. However, our developers are constantly exploring ways to make the transition smoother so rest assured, your opinion over this matter has definitely been heard! We are terribly sorry but at the moment I am afraid that we cannot do much to aid you in this situation as the new capacity is part of the game design. Unfortunately for now, we can only apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you can still continue enjoying the game. Again, our sincerest apologies for the frustration this new change has caused!

Thanks for your reply, but as a customer who has PURCHASED gems in order to play at the level that I want to, that does’nt seem fair to change it at your discretion without informing the customer. This hardly seems fair.Will I be reimbursed the money that I paid to play at this level? When you say its not fair for all players, what does that mean?.did we have a choice to buy gems or not? Yes we did. I chose to buy them. So its not fair for you to take my money and then change the rules of the game.

We will do everything we can to get you back the materials you had before, but first we would like to receive as much information from your game as possible in order to get to the bottom of this. Please forgive us if you have already answered some of these questions earlier, but could you take a look at this list and provide us the following info:
1) What is the exact model of your device? With Android devices, you can usually check this by going to “settings” –> “device info” / “about device” –> “device model”.
2) What is the OS version of your device?
3) Which app store did you download the game from?
4) What is your current rank in the game?
5) What level is your Silo currently?
6) Did anything strange happen in the game before the silo’s capacity downgraded? Did the game crash or give you an error message?
7) Which version of the game do you currently have? You can check this from the game settings –> credits.Thank you already in advance for helping us to solve this situation. Our sincerest apologies once again for the inconvenience!
