Here is our Mighty Eagle Total Destruction video walkthrough for Angry Birds Seasons Cherry Blossom level 1-4. Fire the first Red bird into the vertical ice block on the left side of the structure. Use the next two birds to clean up some debris in the left of the moustachioed pig. Land the sardine can in the pile of sushi on the left side. Chrome: use all of your bird to destroy the left side of the huge tower and then put the sardine can in front of that cart thingy.. good luck!

There does not appear to be any options for the bird placment on this level. The AMslimfordy video seems to provide the best solution for the feather. It looks easy but getting the right debris fall and the placement of the Sardine Can with its bounce behaviour can be tricky. I used a high and narrow arc to get the can into the back of the vehicle without a bounce.

Couldn’t do it first but when I used the third bird to push the rightmost tower to the right, I finally got the feather.
